Wouldnt want to tinker much with a winning combination however the number of games we are playing would like to do the following ... Rotation is a must ... And it is not that we dont have the personal .. we have very good players at most of the positions. Rotations also keep the competition going and keep everyone fresh ... Against lower end team who like to defend ... will play 2 strikers up front ... case and point yesterday game ... Costa was getting marked out of the game, the moment Drogs was introduced the defence was spilt between them ... With all 3 strikers firing it would provide us more options up frontHave being crying it out for a long time, let Brana move into the CB position, he is a much better CB .. Luis into LB and Azpi to RB ... Brana has being very good at RB but I guess it is time to get him back into CB .. Cahill needs some time out.

Being saying it from the time, Jose said he is our no 10 ahead of Mata ... I dont get why lot of ppl think or thought it is a crazy idea to be honest ... I always advocated it and just like you, I had push backs on the same topic... For other than his Physical appearance (he look too cute, boyish ... assuming that the person in the middle should be tall and mean ) and lack of aerial threat in the middle, he does everything should go to the extend that he makes up for the lack of aerial prowess with his all round play ... I dont see much so called no.10s put in the kind of tackle that Oscar puts in and the best part is that those arent silly tackles, he actually wins the ball. He got decent pace, very good defensive abilities and great tackling skill, can rotate the ball with more forward play, got a mean shot and an amazing attitude towards the game ... forgot one thing, superb team player ... With all of these why shouldnt be playing besides Matic and Cesc to be moved as number 10.

Agreed and valid point if we play Mikel then Ramiers would be better plus Oscar get room to not keep tracking back a lot .. Like I said defensive duties doesnt come that easy for flair players ... I remember seeing clips of Barca games where he didnt track back or his off the ball positioning specially defensively was nothing but poor ... Having said that he has improved from his Barca days ... I would love to push him to a number 10 position and get Oscar in the DLP role but thats just me ...

Thats the risk that we have taken ... I m sure the coaching staff is pretty aware of .. I believe thats one of the reason why Matic and Oscar fills the defensive void for Cesc ... But one positive is that he is trying hard (damn! i dont believe i saying that) just like Mata did but then the defensive thing doesnt come naturally or easily to players with flair... Having said that he is an intelligent player... He reads the game well like he did with the goalkeeper's position today ... rushes out everytime and was a very good drop for Drogs ...

Jose needs to start coming up a new strategic against team that defends deep ... need to start looking into the prospect of having 2 strikers against the lower end team. Drogs made an impact once he was on ... gave mobility up forward, Remy should have come in for Costa ... Costa was poor today. Great game ... high tempo and intensity... the men in blue look all charged up specially after the tired performance on Sat ... they looked like those energized bunnies out there ... Till last year we were out of ideas when it came to strikers ... this year all the strikers want to keep stepping up ... just Superb. Lets keep this tempo on for Dec, got loads of games coming our way .. The only disappointment out the game would be the prospect of watching Mikel replace Matic at St. James Park on Sat ... Before all the Mikel fans jump on me, I hope he does an amazing job like Drogs did in the absence of Costa ...

Sunderland game was one of those bad/lethargic day at work ... Things not going as planned, just dragging on, wanting it to end, etc, etc ... Just a matter of time that we will bounce back and this would be forgetten ... Having said that, Jose needs to rotate the squad a little ... with 2 games every week and no rotation will have a negative bearing (fatigue) on the players in the long run ... Clown! Seriously ... I guess thats a little too much ... *Disclaimer* ... in the below provided note, there will be quite a few assumptions. Assuming we buy Reus .. assuming Jose is there for like next 5 years ... assuming Hazard is around for another 5 year and injury free ... assuming Willian is around for another 5 years and injury free... Now where would Reus play and how many times would get a start ... Reus is at a junction where he would want to start all matches (provided he is injury free) and continue to built his legacy ... Moving to Chelsea, Madrid, Barca would not be a good move for his career especially with his Injuries and also a new league will be difficult ... I'm believe he will stay at Dortmund or take a move to Munich and replace Ribery ... P.S: the reason for taking 5 years is "assuming" a 5 year contract ...
