It seems to be a united Chelsea after a long time ... We had more determination which what drove us home ... I hope going forward win or lose, we play with the same level of passion & determination. Huge win for us. Kudos!!!

Like I said, there are decision which happens in the moment irrespective to what is talked pre match or based on the dynamics on the ground ... it looked like that. Why is Sarri silly even if it was an injury ... he makes the call based on various factors not anyone else. I was referring to the fact that there were people involved in trying to get Kepa off ... No where does Kepa apologies for the incident ... He just keeps saying it's a misunderstanding ... Even if there was one (which is now the apt political correct statement) Kepa disobeyed a direct order from his manager ... imagine in Military he would have got court martial, in government he would be suspended & transferred, in any organization he would have fired, hell even at United you would have got a boot to your face ... but at Chelsea it's just a misunderstanding and we will get a new manager for u ...

Manager has the right to alter his plan as and when depending on the situation. One way for looking at it is that Kepa went down in the last 10 mins and that must have put a thought on Sarri's mind to change the keeper. He doesnt have to communicate that. He gives the order and the players have to execute it. Why would someone drag off Kepa ... I imagine that happening and we would be a bigger laughing stock today morning. As far as no one being involved, Zola was clearly shouting it out for Kepa to come in, Luiz did the same on the pitch... he didnt and that's what must have infuriated Sarri. Come on, he is in the hot seat right now ... it's a final which if won mite buy him some time and moreover Sarri is an aggressive guy, how can u expect a clam reaction when his player is basically showing him the finger. I would have loved a controlled reaction from Sarri but then I cant fault his reaction as it's justified to how his personality is ... Imagine a Conte or a Mourinho in the situation ...

It is a question ... because the way Sarri is getting a stick from your end (on the Kepa's incident) it seems that Kepa was not wrong in his action. It an assumption I have based on your views.

So what Kepa did was right and what Sarri did wasnt? It's a reaction which is justified. And being the manager he can chose to sub a player as & when he wants and more IMPORTANTLY the player has to accept the decision. Come on!!! Like I said it's Sarri job on the line not Kepa's ... your right on that core players because of them we won things ... Since the start of the Roman era when we started winning titles the heavyweights were leaders not so lame heavyweights we have now. I mean we fucking won the Champions league because the core had it in them, would the current so called heavyweights be able to pull it off. I dont think so. U said it urself "Heavyweights" is the key word CHO, I think is a goner ... it has put into his mind that he wouldnt be given much of a chance here like everyone before him due to how we have handled the youth transition into the main 11. One thing we can start doing for these heavyweight is giving them less game time ... put the faith into those who want to play/perform if need be get the players back from loan to make a statement. I m with you on this ... I do feel that this time we havent been rash in terms of players this time ... Any other season Hudson Odio would have left the club at the first bid itself but we are playing the waiting game (eventually he would go). We did buy Jorghino and Higuaun who were Sarri's choices and then spend ridiculous amount of money on a goalkeeper .... yes we could have got someone cheaper, etc,etc,etc but we spend. For once this season, I feel the board has been thinking .... But having said that I would still want them gone for not having a plan.

because we have a history of sacking Managers and not players ... so if someone doesnt like the manager or his methods, i m assuming a section of players dont really deliver which means the team doesnt perform and ultimately the gaffer gets the sack. Player power at its best!!! Having said that, we have Sarri to be equally blamed here along with the players. Sarri could be the best manager to implement the attacking philosophy at the club but he is just too rigid to adapt to the league (like Morata) ... U cant keep doing the same thing excepting different results which is exactly what is happening. We're so predictable with tactics that if we play against the U15 side, they would gives a run of the money. We need a total change across the board ... Men in the suits, Manager, players, at this point of time even the owner. There is no structure currently, no spine!!!... The best example to compare would be City as they started in a similar manner (takeover by a rick owner), they had a vision and are executing it in the best possible manner.

We got beaten by a team who did the basic right ... Be patient, defend, be aggressive and counter ... they used Lukaku as a decoy so that their midfield gets a free run. They soaked in all the initial pressure we tried to put in. We didnt change one bit throughout the game ... thats worrying!!! I dont mind having Sarri and giving him the time to develop but as a Manager you need also adapt to the nature of opponent/league ... Sarri just is too rigid to do anything. We pretty much know the first 11, we know who would the subs be (2 out 3) and at what time in the game. Just too predictable. There is no threat provided ... Hats off to Hazard and Kante today. Hazard really worked his socks off ... And Kante is dream for any gaffer ... he does what he is told to without raising any concerns ... for a defense midfielder the runs he was putting in were seriously good and way better than Kovoic and Barley ... he was 100% committed to his role. I mean your heart goes out for such a player. I wish ... I hope ... but then it's just another day with the same old shit!!!
