He did leave the stadium after his replacement and was caught eating a hamburger outside the stadium like a hoggish But read above, it has already been said

I do agree, it would be difficult to win more things and accomplish a better season than this one on the paper because he has won everything... But beyond trophies, I think he has everything to win at staying at Lille, being the main player of his team : Gervinho and Cabaye left and there is a lot of suspense about Sow, will he do like Gignac: 24 goals and nothing after ; or Benzema who scored almost 15 goals several years in the row... Saying that he has a highway in front of him to become the boss of this team is a weak word, it's really not Payet or Pedretti who can overshadow Hazard if he keeps improving as he does for the last 2 or 3 seasons He can also stay at Lille to wait for the Euro and being more exposed after the tournament if Belgium kick out Turkey next month and qualifies. No doubt that there will be a real race to sign him, not just shy approaches from Inter, Chelsea or Arsanal It's obvious that on the paper a move seems logical, but I don't share this point. The Player of the Year in France, like with Bale, is a wide joke, I don't question Hazard potential, but just his real role on the dynamic of the team which I find really far from what he is able to and far from whar Gervinho or Lisandro achieved.
-
He hasn't proved enough for me, he hasn't a huge importance on the results of his team... Gervinho may be faaaar behind him in terms of playing intelligence and variery of his game, potential etc... But the fact is that even if Gervinho was near to the best he can do for a team and Hazard was far, Gervinho was more important for LOSC last season. Hazard has two solutions in front of him: Staying at Lille and pass another step in his progression, Payet is not a masterchief and being part of a concurrence with him is not insurmountable Sign for a club where he would achieve his evolution, not a club where he would be the first choice like at Arsenal, where he would have pressure because the team will certainly struggle this season. For me he isn't yet ready to go in a big club , he can do so if he is used sparingly and increasingly, not if he has to be decisive regulary right now. He has such a huge potential that I would be sad if he burns his wings.

I see a player who has always been underrated, Benitez treated him like shit at Loserpool. Nobody said he is a world class player, but he is one of the most versatile players in the team and even if Modric is more effective in building the play from deep position, or Mata's able to put speed in the game... I don't see a player with Benayoun through play in Premier League Many says that he is 31 etc... That his best years if he did have ones are behind him. I don't share this point of view, for me it's obvious that it's the first time he has the opportunity to play with a full squad with real ambition. I was very happy with Villas Boas' way to use Benayoun in pre-season but the 2 first Prem games did mean he could have less importance he seemed to have initially. Against the Baggies the big thing the team, especially Torres lacked is a support man behind him... Everytime Torres wanted to play in support with another player it was Lampard or Bosingwa who were too far, so it allowed to WBA's defence to replace. What I mean is that even if Mata can fill the role behind the striker, I think we shoot ourselves in the foot in under use Benayoun and his understanding with Torres... Otherwise, Yossi said on twitter he had some revelations about his future to make on Wednesday (so today) so I hope I won't be disappointed ...

At Vitesse, the Goalkeeper was 22 if I remember well, it's not a matter of experience... And I though because of Abramovitch relations, the Chelsea community at Vitesse (Ferrer, Louro)... Delac would have play more games
-
Please respect his carrer plans. He is gonna miss the European Championship (yes, I don't know how he can come before Yaya Touré, De Jong, Silva or Mancini's ass kisser Milner) because now Martin, M'Vila and Gourcuff also come before him. Nasri's going to come back in Ligue 1 in 3 seasons
-
I hope it will stay at the stage of rumours without real origin, I really find him stupid... He has technical abilities but cannot uses it for the team, no need to point his stamina or the fact he plays Casper the friendly Ghost against top 8 teams. In absolute terms I wouldn't have mind if we did take him at Boro for less than 10m. Now he would be too expensive for what he could really brings, he can be a good impact player with his speed and his freshness but if we have to pay 20m for him, no way
-
His agents are really scums !
-
Yes it seems, according to Canal+ (French TV broadcasting the PL)
-
I don't understand why Benayoun is on the bench for that kind of game, Torres needs direct support and not Lampard's or Benayoun's which allows WBA to replace themselves... Cole is the only one at his real level, it's an habit with him... I'm not surprised at all by WBA, Woy said he comes to the Bridge to win the game or catch a draw. For now they are solid behind and they have the ability to go forward without difficulty Otherwise Long cost just 5m.

According to l'Equipe, Valenciennes did find another CB (Carlos Gil from Cruzeiro). So they are likely not to take Rajkovic on loan. http://www.lequipe.f...your-central.html It means that they are fed up in waiting for a response whereas the Ligue 1 already started, or that Rajkovic did manage to obtain his work permit... I think that VA did monitor several CB in the same time, and because an opportunity is over, they speed up on another
-
It seems bizarre but in fact, if Arsanal fail to qualify to the CL, Hazard has the opportunity to play in CL with LOSC... No emergency for the player to force a move, he can wait one more season even if with a treble Ligue1/Coupe de France/Player of the season it's impossible to do better, win the Champions League or the so beloved League Cup maybe?
-
So there would be a necessity to let a player go in the winter transfer window ?
-
I said we need a winger but the priority is the midfielder, the 25 men list is a constraint and now we have only one spot because nobody really seems to be on the gardening leave
-
I don't think it's a good thing to splash that huge amount of money on Mata, he is a little bit overrated and he is not a player who wins games on his own... Yes he has a good eye on the pass and he is a good free kick taker but we cannot splash 25m on him... Los Che says that he is a good player that they would keep but if they can receive 25m for him, they could buy several players like defenders... They also says that his seasonal bilans are always good because he is a good passer and a scorer, but it's does not reflects his real importance in the team. Like we did bring Lukaku, Courtois and Sturridge who are not finished articles, we would rather pick Hazard who (like I said in his transfert topic) has a huge potential even if he is not yet ready to go because he has to gain more experience, more influence on his team and his results etc... I don't think we are going to take Mata honestly, we have only one spot available on the 25 man list and I think he is going to be rewarded to the midfielder the club is going to recruit. The winger is not the main priority, we need first of all a midfielder. The winger is likely to be De Bruyne because he is under 21. And he is as interesting as Mata because he is cheap, he is also versatile and has a lot of qualities (diagonal and through balls, shooting ability...). I'm convinced that Chelsea will manage to get KdB without loan him at Genk who did lost his coach, his GK... Because even without this departures they were not sure to play an as good season as the last one. It would not be interesting for De Bruyne to stay one more year in Belgium. Now, no player is really about to leave the club so I think there is not many possibilities because of the 25 list. Even if there is real reports about discussions about transfert for Mata that were not in place when the press spoke about Arsanal, I don't think Chelsea will take him.

You know, Lille always start bad their seasons and they gain momentum after that, they often finish the season well I explained a bit in his topic, during the season I did chat with Fener fans and they said me that the team wasn't working because they were a lot of individuals playing on their own (that's why Fener was crashed out the CL or the EL by a poor team). They said me that he was adaptating to the country, that he wasn't the first choice and that his appeareances on the left wing were not fully convincing, not regular... He will certainly be better this season, but I think Chelsea made the right choice to let him go, I don't think he could be a top team's player... Be carefull, they are also a lot of crap players such as Gignac, Gomis, Marveaux, Obertan... Like every championship, there is some gems and some wet crackers. I would be over the moon if Hazard signs, he has a huge potential but's it's too early for him to go. This season, he was awarded the Player of the Season award whereas Gervinho was in front of him in terms of contribution to the results of the team, even if the ivoirian is not a fantastic winger, his play is stereotyped... But Hazard has to gain more importance in the team, he has to be able to carry his team, and influing more on the results of the team and in the same time, suffering less the form of the team (not that he is irregular, but when his team required the plus because it was not a good day, he wasn't present everytime). He has a lot of talent, he seems to have a good mentality either. He is a gem, he has a lot of work to become a great player but he has the potential. Rudi Garcia said last year that he does not have seen yet the limits of Hazard. The club seems to be really after him, in February l'Equipe said that Chelsea tried an approach for Hazard and Lille's sporting director said that he was shocked that Chelsea could have approach the player before the club. And it's also well known that Hazard is scouted oftenly No need to translate this one, it's the teaser for the newspaper reading that Roman has a lot of money and that Hazard spoke to his agent etc... crap http://www.lequipe.f...ar-chelsea.html And this is the reaction of Lille Sporting Director saying that he wants to keep the squad and Hazard http://www.lequipe.f...s-a-vendre.html The only interesting thing is that it seems to be a real starting point, it's not a tale from the newspaper

I often moan about Kalou, but first of all it's against the sporting policy of the club, it's incredible to consider that since 2007/2008 we want to play 4 competitions with only 2 strikers and a former central striker converted in a winger... For me it was not right to see Kalou playing so much games in a season. He is a squad player, OK. But he has a very little panel of skills. The only good thing I find is that he is well placed in the box, in this part of his game he is smart. I can't blame him for not giving 100% on the pitch, he does the maximum at every game but he is limited... Even his substitutes appearances are overrated, yes sometimes he manages to create the difference because he has a killer positionning in the box but in the game he is very average and poor and often it's like nothing has changed We can argue that he is a central support striker and not a winger and that as players such as Walcott, they are terribly bad on the wing because they can't pass an opponent or giving decent crosses, playing with the full back etc... But we can't wonder anymore why he stops attacking chances in the game with his awful choices, I don't want him to be a perfect player but I think there is a least of things to do when you play so much games. He did to slip through the net for several years because the club did not bring any striker, or because he scored some goals etc... I've nothing really against him, I would be the first happy if he stays the 4th striker of the squad playing the Cups. But for me it's not thinkable anymore to consider him as a 2nd or 3rd option playing the 2/3 of the games in a season. He seems to be a nice guy, but his 'nobody loves me' sketch and body language in the end of the season after his moanings about his playing time was irritating
-
Closest to Iniesta... Behind Mark Davies... :eyebrows: I think Martin has the potential to become a fantastic mix between Xavi and Iniesta because we can find some things from the play of the two players in him, not only Iniesta
-
Mate, read what I put just above , he plays LB with Porto and LM with Uruguay
-
I don't think so, if he hasn't so much played in CM this season it's not entirely because of Cesc Fabregas' presence... He is not that mutch interesting in a central role and he is inconsistent as said above... On another hand I don't think that Malouda is inconsitent without beeing aware of that. He has oftenly fed me up because he gives the impression not giving all his socks on the pitch but we have to consider that he was overused for almost 2 years ; since Carlo changed the shape of the team before the winter of the Double Season, Malouda has played almost every game, he was the less worst player at the World Cup and contrary to his French Team mates he didn't took holidays during the World Cup... This season it's the same problem, because of Lampard's injury and Zhirkov repositioning he had to play every game this season. Although he didn't behave as a real winger but as a player controlling rearward, he was more than precious in creating dangerous situations and goalscoring opportunities with the pass before the assist... The fact is that he had to rest himself since the end of our brilliant start of the season where he walked on the water with his goals, after that he started to sort his efforts with the French National Team with several very average performances every International Break ; and he finally changed his way of playing with Chelsea... With the context I did not find him irregular and I hoped that Zhirkov's presence could push a turnover on
-
It's a little bit HS but because it's Nasri's thread, this evening Marvin Martin was so much more interesting and better than Nasri (even if Nasri's ball is at the source of France's goal)... If we have to take one of the the two, I don't know why we would chose Nasri. Martin has a good mentality and an incredible simple play ; control/pass and then availability and again and again ; great vision, skills, shooting ability...

Pereira is a left back with Porto but he plays upfront this position with Uruguay, his weakness is the defensive aspect of the game, he is very good offensively, he is quick, good crosser... But as Bosingwa when he arrived at Chelsea, he lets a lot of space behind him when he goes forward and he has never played in the midfield as did Zhirkov. His contract clause is 30m according to several sources, and it's possible that Pinto da Costa won't even discuss with Chelsea (whereas he could open the negociations with another club...) When I saw him play I did find that he has great attacking skills and quality but we can't pur 20 or 30m on the table whereas we have Van Aanholt in the squad... It's really a shame that Yuri did not pushed more at Chelsea, Shevchenko said to Ivanovic to carry on and that his chance will come, it would have been perfect if Bran could have provided the same support (he did, but obviously not enough...) I say that because I think Bran is right in his pre Russia game ITW, there is not so much of really good left wing players in Europe and even less with Zhirkov's quality...

It's fantastic

Mate, I do ENTIRELY agree with you so I won't repeat all you have already say :goodpost:
