I hope Zhirkov isn't sold, Malouda has lost a lot of form and he's also getting a bit old, I think Zhirkov will be great on the left side, cause I don't want Kakuta to be forced into that position, which he will be if Zhirkov is sold. Kakuta is best in the central attacking position.

Yeah you're right, but I don't think its greed as much as it's his cockiness, he really does think he can score from anywhere. But he's still young, he'll learn that once he plays regularly beside influential strikers like Drogba. Right now there really is no one else on the field that can knock Sturridge for trying crazy shots, it'd be different when you see Drogba standing there, telling you wtf are you doing lol

I think he will return to EPL for sure, but I don't think it'll be with Man U at all. If he joins United and wins, he'll be loved but not nearly as much as Ferguson. Mourinho loves attention and wants recognition as the best manager in the world. I'm confident that he would rather go to a team that is starving for silverware. He'll want to join a team like City or us. Look how much Chelsea fans love him, he wouldn't nearly get all that love if he would have had the same success with Man U because they are already winning a lot. A lot more recognition when you bring the first CL title in club's history, or first in 10-15 years.

Switch Ramires with Lampard, and include Mikel for Essien, we need Mikel to stay back and help the defence. You could tell that was a problem against Coppenhagen.

I don't want to play with 3 centre-backs, thats what I mean by stooping to scumpool level. We already play like that on defence cause Mikel drops deep and plays like a 3rd centre-back. Mikel dropping deep is good enough as far defense is concerned.

Good read, 1 thing is obv now, Torres, Anelka and Drogba are best in the central striker role, so 4-4-2 is the way to go. Anelka looked so beastly today, made me fall in love with him after his sexy finishes, almost forgot about his penalty kick...almost.

I think if Carlo is to stick with the 4-4-2 we saw today, then no doubt Zhirkov is to be featured over Malouda.

Carlo better not take Torres off this game, we have to get him a goal this game. You can tell the entire team is trying to get him one, every one is trying to feed him the ball sometimes even forcefully but it's all good, just a matter of time till he scores.

I think Yuri is being a little unfair, he has got playing time whenever he's been fit, it's not Carlo's fault that he's been so injury prone for us. Now if he was not getting run while he was healthy this whole time then he has the right to complain.
