Ultimately, that is the truth. Mourinho is not a long-term manager and he never will be. His entire style of management is predicated on the short-term and getting the absolute maximum by any means necessary. This is the same thing many people accuse of our board i.e. too short-term, no plan, winging it etc...Mourinho is the embodiment of that.

So much so Scolari wanted him sold to make way for Adrano. Crazy how different history could be right now. Really hoping that several players are now given the platform to produce their best.

Would you want to see more changes to the starting 11? I would. Baba has a lot to prove now and hopefully he gets an extended run. Matic has been struggling for a long time, and the same goes for both Oscar and Costa. Courtois, Azpi (at RB), Zouma, Willian and Hazard are great pieces to build around.

Pretty much. Sounds like he has been trying his hardest and yet is still unable to perform to a decent level. His legs have gone - there's no magic switch to get them back.

Funny how 2 of the 3 so-called snakes are Mourinho signings. Also funny how people have been unhappy with both Costa and Fabregas for months for legit football reasons - Costa's shit technical ability and Fabregas the defensive liability / turtle in midfield. And some people wanted to give him free reign to make more signings to replace the so-called snakes! You couldn't make it up.
