  1. Central defender? Bruma, Kalas, Chalobah...is he really needed with the risk included? South American defender? I'd pass.
  2. Scored against Italy!! 1-1 now, really tough match.
  3. I pinned the thread. Filled the survey too.
  4. One thing is certain though, with fair play rules coming soon, status of our club has and the long term goals we do need a big stadium. Exclusive - Hoddle backs Abramovich plan to move Chelsea http://www.talksport...an-move-chelsea
  5. I've never been to the Bridge, but I'd feel very sad if CFC left it. People who went to games would probably feel 10 times worse...still it's just the way things are. Money, money money...and money
  6. Of course, we all love Stamford Bridge and it will never be easy to move to a new stadium, but I'm interested to hear about the name you would like our stadium to have if it had to be renamed. Perhaps, London Arena? SAMSUNG Arena? ArsenalSucks Arena? and similar... ....wuz never good with naming things
  7. Gotta go with Sloth as he was great this month. Great stuff from him, but again all nominees are there somewhere.
  8. Great memories. I dropped a few tears also
  9. Make sure you check his new vid http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=209819869084360
  10. The true mark of the Champions is to win when they are playing bad and that's why United (with incredible luck also) had so much success. Even when they struggle like hell they either get awarded a penalty, or someone scores an incredible goal or something similar, but what's most important is that they get out there and bring 3 points or at least 1. Losing a match is something they are almost afraid of and they will do anything in order to prevent that from happening. It is also something what we did last season. We weren't playing well, yet we won a lot of matches and finished 2nd. We were also 1st by the amount of late goals scored and that is a simple stat that shows the sheer determination from our squad to win. That separates the Champions from the likes of Arsenal. To be honest, if I wasn't a hardcore Chelsea fan I would've hardly watched us play last season. Boring and sluggish play and always the same yet we almost made an incredible comeback. Who knows what could've happened if Hernandez hadn't scored that early at OT...but no point looking back now... After AVB came here and started doing his thing our play has been much much better and I was never bored and usually very excited. He has reborn Bosingwa, Lampard and Torres. Luiz's game has never been better with the freedom AVB gave to him, and same thing applies to Danny. While he didn't play as well as some of us expected, he still scored 3 goals and assisted 2 and got the minutes he absolutely deserved. Ramires has been phenomenal and Anelka and Malouda have also surprised me with their performances. I'm glad the media has doubted at our chances. I'm glad they hate us. I will feel wonderful when I laugh at their faces. The doubting will motivate the lads even more and remove the pressure from their shoulders. AVB will release them from the leash and our lovely journo friends won't make the same mistake again! In the end, when the 2 teams collide, it's 11 men on 11 men on a pitch. It's not a video game. There are no stats or anything. The manager can only tell and explain you what he wants from you, but you are the one that needs to give his best. You and the rest 10 players are the ones that will win the match. If you don't get out there with the simple thought "Today is the day we win " you just won't make it in the end... I am very excited with what the future holds for us and with this season also. It is great to see the wonderful attacking football back and Stamford Bridge! K :cfc: KEEP THE BLUE FLAG FLYING HIGH! :cfc:
  11. Haha I know, just couldn't resist it
  12. I agree, we should keep Kalou also, he's a super sub
  13. Ah I came here ready to blow someone away thinking this was a new thread slating Luiz's defensive capabilities :champions: Great post mate and I absolutely agree. He is absolutely a phenomenal player and with the goes on he'll only get better. Once he learns English well I look forward to seeing him on CTV cameras! Legend!
  14. Gah MOTM voting is never easy Lampard was magnificent and it was great to see him back again. Tireless, all around the pitch and with 3 goals. Sturridge pulverized their already shattered morale in the 2nd minute, and from there they knew it wasn't going to end well for them. Great movement from Danny who discouraged Bolton to go forward with his great runs on counter attacks. 2 goals and an assist + great play and movement make me give him my vote altough it is a really close call between him and Lamps.
  15. Bravo AVB! The way he handled Lampard situation is phenomenal. He motivated Lamps, had faith in him, stood out for him and yet proved to whole squad that everybody can be dropped, even Kalou It felt good watching our tireless English striker midfielder in action yesterday Keep it up Frankie! :cfc:
  16. Only Van Persie left Ah such a shame Ade didn't score and did this again http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJF71ufqZqc
  17. Gotta agree with Badboy here. Cech is still one of the best GKs in the world, but I just don't have that feeling I had before with him on the goal before his injury
  18. How did he perform? Was it another match in which he didn't have a lot of work or...? But yeah, wonderful talent.
  19. Haha I almost choked after reading that while eating you silly mofo lmfao
  20. To be honest, I feel sorry for Arsenal. I don't like them, but it feels just so wrong seeing Tottenham or Liverpool in top 4
