Better say, sell the whole squad and buy Man City one...selling such a big number of players in january is not a solution. Changes as big as that are a risk even in summer. I say, sell Anelka and Kalou and bring in Hazard/Gotze and a midfield maestro like Modric and watch the magic happen. At the end of the season release Drogba and Torres, bring in a true on form and a young striker like Cavanni. Also, bring in Cahill and sell Alex and sort out Mikel's future. Then make decision on McEachran, Lukaku and Sturridge.

No, it wasn't that bad. We failed in the attacking 3 (because obviously Lukaku IS NOT A FUCKING WINGER) and they got us on the counter attack. Then a set piece and bam, 2:0 down. Torres was bad playing like he did last season, but, if my memory is right, there wasn't a single usable ball for him. All the balls he received were at his feet with defender(s) on him which ended with him losing the ball and considering we were playing Liverpool it wasn't easy.

I'm not to excited about our defeat...what pisses me of is how disgraceful our fans are. I will never forget the feeling or listening to YOU'LL NEVER WALK ALONE at the STAMFORD BRIDGE while our fans are LEAVING and the team is in need of their support. After that they go and bash the players. We did decent for the most of the match, but we were idealess in the attack. Lukaku and Torres playing TOGETHER with Malouda? They were never going to break down the Liverpool defense and it was just a matter of time before they hit us on the counter attack...

Bah...take my advice and don't even post after we lose and especially don't create new threads... I'm not surprised. We wouldn't have suffered this defeat if we didn't lose those matches before and there are definitely problems to be resolved within our squad. Besides Mata and perhaps Sturridge, we do not have a player that can lead the team and lift us up like Mata did against Wolves and like Mata did against Arsenal with that wonderful goal. Lampard? Meireles? Drogba? Kalou? Malouda? Anelka? Ramires? Mikel? McEachran? Romeu? Bosingwa? Either past it, too young or mediocre players. I still have faith because January is fast approaching, but if AVB doesn't make the right signings....well our CL spot will be in grave danger.
