No doubt Sunderland players are all going to be on top of their game and are not gonna make this easy on us...difficult game, but we should be able to win it.

Swansea win fight for Chelsea's McEachran http://www.mirrorfoo...icle851588.html Looks like he is of to Swansea. Good to hear it

It's actually crazy just how much we overrate our youth...Kalas is not ready yet. Kakuta hasn't played 2 regular games in a row since...same case with Josh. Mata as striker? lol We have some top talent, but they are still that - talent. They need to work and grow as players. Don't expect them to waltz into the 1st team and dominate. I'm optimistic though that Gael and Josh can do well at loans for the rest of the season and earn a place in the first team next season.

Hope so. I heard that Cahill will be avaialable also

You need to understand that FIFA and UEFA kinda don't like us scumbags

Oh come on babe, you would neg rep you favorite serb?

The FIFPro World XI was: Iker Casillas (Real Madrid), Dani Alves (Barcelona), Gerard Pique (Barcelona), Sergio Ramos (Real Madrid), Nemanja Vidic (Man Utd), Andres Iniesta (Barcelona), Xabi Alonso (Real Madrid), Xavi (Barcelona), Lionel Messi (Barcelona), Cristiano Ronaldo (Real Madrid), Wayne Rooney (Man Utd). And of course, it is not important that both Ramoes and Alves are right backs, both Barcelona and Madrid must have bunch of players in the ideal XI For example, I would pick Ashley Cole as a LB....

They should just replay the old show and edit the year and some numbers...

Great thing to hear

Chelsea Sack Andre Villas-Boas

Not surprised at all...club needs to determine the future of Torres, Drogba, Alex, Bosingwa, Fereirra, Essien, Lampard, Malouda and Kalou and the best time to do it is in the summer when we have time, peace and not crazy prices. I'm pretty sure there will be key changes in the near future and that we are in for a loooong summer. Besides, we are sufficient number of players for each position atm. GK: 3 RB: 3 CB: 2 (+ Cahill, Ivanovic) LB: 2 DM: 2 CM: 3 + Essien RW: 2 ST: 3 LW: 2 -
Well he barely had the time to do something, but he made a few runs and he looked good. Reminded me of Sturridge last season when he tried really hard to impress. He did fine, but there's not much to say really. He had one great run on the left wing after which he sent a good cross to Frank if I remember right, but Pompey defense cleared it. Besides that, a foul when trying to win a header and a few good runs. Nothing spectacular and nothing bad. Shame we couldn't score the 2nd goal eariler, he would've had more time to contribute
-
You actually doubted it?
-
It's actually better then buying out of form players like we love to
-
Bravo lad, keep it up.

Well yeah because they do it less often then our crazy brazilian and because they have a good reputation and big name on them Luiz is still building his own and yes sometimes he receives more criticistm then he should, but he is far from being a secure CB. If he played for 2-3 years consistently well the next time he made a mistake people wouldn't notice it as much as they do now. Simple comparison today. LUIZ makes a terrible mistake and TERRY saves the goal. Of course people are going to slate Luiz more then JT. Bosingwa doesn't get slated as much as Luiz? You are not being objective there, I doubt anyone on the forum is feeling calm when he sees him start and he gets slated even when he actually does well. To some people, he is the next person who should leave the club.

-----------------Terry------------- Fereirra--Drogba--Bosingwa-Cole -----------Luiz-------Anelka--------- ---Sturridge---Torres----Malouda --------------Ramires -------------- The whole of Europe shall tremble!

I usually agree with you on this, but his mistake yesterday at this level of football is just unaccaptable. Instead of a easy game it could've turned into a crazy one had they scored after his mistake. He did well for the most of the match, but that mistake mustn't have happened. He needs to realize sometimes that he is a defender who has the job of keeping the goal secure and not beating players around him. Just blast the bloody thing away is a couple of players are running towards you!
-
I wasn't surprised he couldn't have a big impact due to the fact that Pompey played really defensively and we struggled to break through them. He did try and moved well, but rarely he got a ball and there were a lot of people around him. Hell, I'll be happy if he assist 2 times when he is not playing well every time
-
Just watched it. Good game, but it could've been much tougher if Pompey scored at the beginning or JT didn't save the goal... Our overall play has been good, but our attacking movement hasn't. We are still having problems breaking teams when they close up and sometimes we look completely idealess. Rarely someone has the bravery to beat a man and do something and when the teams close down it is difficult to find the final pass and our crossing is weak as usuall. I'm really happy to see that Ramires has improved his finishing though, his 2nd goal was really good. Victory, a clean sheet, no injuries and 4 goals. Well done.

This was the best hairstyle he had

I really hope Josh gets a start. Where's Bertrand?
-
Yes...we will ditch our legend...like a broken toy... Clueless clowns...
-
Eh as things stand he'll get Pato and we'll keep Kalou and SloMo
