  1. AVB is pursuing a winger. Anelka left and so far we've seen that Andre doesn't have a lot of confidence in Kalou. Recent bids for Vargas and Di Maria prove this and I like the way he's been thinking. I'm not optimistic about Hazard deal but you never know...it's not going to happen unles you try it. What I hope that it doesn't happen is that we sign another 18-19 year old and dump him in the reserves, loan him out or put him on the bench...(except if they are Neymar, Sergi Roberto and Gotze )
  2. I think he has a buy back clause or something like that.
  3. I actually missed that due to constant tweeting things which AVB said
  4. First, some of you need to understand that dribbling can be a simple flick on helps you beat a defender. It doesn't have to be a jaw dropping feint that ties up the opposition player in a fisherman's knot. Therefore I would say, Mata and Ramires as the best players in terms of dribbling. They know exactly when to go for a dribble and usually succed. Ramires is one of the players with the most dribbles in the whole PL. On a bit lower level then them, Sturridge and Torres. Torres just can't show it much due to his lack of confidence but he was a nightmare for defenders before his injury. Sturridge sometimes choses the bad moment or tries a unnecesary feint. McEachran is very talented when it comes to dribbling and it comes to naturally to him. Malouda is not bad, but his lack of pace is not helping him there.
  5. Well, I knew he was gonna say it. We haven't sent any official bid meaning there has been no offical approach. On the other hand, Eden Hazard is probably one of the players we are checking the most. We could have contacted Lille and talked with them about Eden. How much money you want? Does he want to come? Loan back? bla bla bla Of course, it could be a completely made up story, but we are probably trying to get the feel of situation with Lille before sending any bids.
  6. Yep, still to early to say anything. But the way he handled the situation with Oriol and the faith he put into Sturridge makes me optimistic.
  7. Short recap of his press conference. Terry and Sturridge fit. Ivanovic and Mikel out. Malouda doubtful. No official approach for Eden Hazard. Gary Cahill deal should be concluded soon, hopefully this week. If the deal falls through, there are alternatives. And he cut his hair.
  8. Yep. "There has been no official approach from Chelsea"
  9. Pre Sunderland starting in 15 minutes. http://www.chelseafc.com/page/LivePressConferences/0,,10268,00.html
  10. I know that he is overhyped at the moment, but he is quality. And, I don't mean that he's worth that money just with his performances but in terms of potential, age and resale value. He is 21 with potential to become the best player in the world. He is fast with great dribbling skills and a great eye for a pass which is just what we need. Besides, Andre really likes inside forwards.
  11. He is one player actually worth 40m...go for him Chels! I'm happy to see us in in the market first for Vargas, then Di Maria and now probably Hazard. And if all fails, I think Andre will go for Krasic.
  12. Hope it's true... Cahill set to accept 'low' Chelsea pay http://www.independe...ay-6288211.html
  13. lol women are usually late calm down I'm actually gonna meet potential mrs. Sh0n3x right now
  14. Balcans are deadly with women, I have no doubt you'll do well
  15. Nathan Ake reminds me sooo much of Luiz...that run he made...classic Shame Piazon didn't score it.
  16. You misunderstood me. Of course they are not ready, it was turned more towards the future. What I tried to say is that we have lots of really talented players and we need to take some of them into consideration instead of always buying a player for the position we need. If you ask me, only Lukaku and Bertand are ready to step up. Josh will be after his loan.
  17. That's something I can't know, but a sub appearance at least could've worked. And Bertand is ready.
  18. I did not say that he wasn't better then previous managers but for me, he has made a mistake for not giving a chance to Josh at least once or starting Bertrand over Cole. I never expected him to give a lot of chances to young guns, but I did expect a couple of 'em (besides Carling Cup). Field a strong 10 and include Josh or Ryan and see how they do against Wolves at home for example. But if keeping the youth away this season will help us in a top 4 finish, then fair enough.
  19. Damn I'll be at the gym when they play...I count on you Esk to gimme highlights later
  20. Oh I see what you meant. Well to my defense, I think I've read only 1 article that was structured like that quite some time ago. I thought it was going to be the easiest way to write it since there are a lot of points in.
  21. Thanks I don't even know what The Bleacher Report is been waiting for write this for quite a while.
