We need a manager who isnt afraid of upsetting players.Benching them if theyr'e shit regardless of who they can be..but no doubt for that we need an owner who will also understand the reason for the manager benching such players.I mean Lampard got benched...got a bit funny about it then starting playing every single game despite the fact he needed a rest.Torres.Been shite yet seems to start every game..either down to a hope he'll become better or feeling the need he needs to be started due to the 50m cost And we also need players to get over their issues and play like they mean it!No point going into games with the 'its only so and so attitude' every game a cup final and play how we used to!

If it was a one off..maybe understable but the fact is it does seem to keep happen player protest or just general lack of respect or whatever and will take a lot to change that!Probably players going offskis!

Thats the thing though does seem to happen often regardless who the manager is.They get to a stage where some 'meh attitude' comes into play and thats that.Happened with Scolari,Carlo and even with Jose at a point..that Rosenburg game where no really was there at all! There is no point bringing someone in if the egos cant be sorted out and the same thing will happen again And if they cant get motivated for the Manager be nice if they could do it for the fans.Who have made the effort to go and follow their team,spent the dosh to get there and tickets and then to spend 90 mins watching players mehh around..

And yet you couldnt really tell which side was premier league and which one was championship.B'Ham played so much better then us espically 2nd half.Mean least 2nd half we started to look more like a team but still.Dodgy moments! Agree! If he was to come back.No doubt it'd have to be on his terms.Him having complete control on who goes and comes in etc but sadly not the case...and really that should be the case for AVB anyway! He needs to buy who he needs to buy.Not who the club/Roman feel will bring in money or is just a big name!
