  1. Urgh did think be something to do with what. Its crazy he's served his ban and its done!Doesnt make him a crap leader on the pitch...just a bit of a idoit who said a completly crap thing over a year ago God when he retires no doubt it'll be brought back up
  2. I was listening to some of that then JT banner randomly got brought up for what seemed like no reason
  3. Gutted not be going..think its easier to take a defeat if your there in a massive crowd rather then watching on telly thinking what the hell just happened and needing to rant away. And if we get through mega happy times there and all
  4. Probably not to long..their seem a bit hmmmm about it...good manager and playing well just not getting anything.Been better off staying with Swansea
  5. I cant imagin someone giving up a job where they're under little pressure to come to us.....not way we are at the moment anyway
  6. Exactly and there lies the issue.Cant expect to develop youngsters in 6 months or so.At some point the board need to be patient and hopfully be like it with Pep or whoever we end up with should we miss out on him.Like said Jose wanted to try and bring in more youth when everyone was raving about Arsenal but summed it up when said pressures onto win trophies so felt unable to take time to build a team like that
  7. Our issue does seem to be not giving them time or playing them, sending them away on loan where they either stay or sold elsewhere.Need to start taking risks and give the Manager time to take those risks or trying to develop them is a waste for us and a gain for someone else
  8. They dont often get time to show potential. And the thing is I wouldnt blame Pep if he thinks 'sod it whats the point' and goes elsewhere. We're not making the best name for ourselves or looking like the best place to go to and be able to build a team and play how the Manager wants not how they're told to play. And if we do get him I hope after all this he doesnt stupidly get the sack because who next?
  9. Exactly Im not fussed so much if we go out as long as its due to the other result and not a fuck up from us.I want a performance to be proud of that you think 'hmm maybe things are turning' not a 'well they clearly didnt give a crap' on Think Shakhtar have a player missing due to what happened in the other game..not sure who though. And Nords werent exactly a push over in that one they gave them a good go so dont expect a run around espically way we're playing. They'll no doubt score first and after about 10 chances from us and spend about 2 minutes running around clueless which Rafa waves his hands about to get across god knows what
  10. And he's never gana know who the right manager is as soon as we hit a bad run thats it they're out.No time to see how they can get out of it or how things will go instead. And he defintly wont find it with Rafa!Or anything with Rafa at this point.RDM may have caused us to be in the postion we are in Champs League wise but anything between now and end of the season isnt down to him at all
  11. Our idea of stable is getting past the 6 months mark at the moment...
  12. And thats how we should be.Play football from which was get results.Dont wana be an Arsenal play 'decent' football but loose all the time because of it.Cant always play pretty pretty or whatever and even more so if you havent got the players to do so
  13. Cant we just leave him there...sure someone will take him
  14. It had that story in the Mail. The headline basically said he was allowing them to go.But when you read it he said nothing of the sort and that it was the boards choice and their contracts needing sorting out etc
  15. Dont think anything could top their 3-0 performance against us..hope not anyway....jesus that was mental! 1-1 and a pitch invasion
  16. He did say he wanted to when he was here start using more youth..however under pressure to win and win trophies just went with what worked etc rather then take risks with young and unestablished players Programme on him on ITV4 tommrow...
  17. And any team on a shite run seems to be able to turn it around against us
  18. Defintly a bit of both..RDM mainly for the choices and delayed subs and then the players who played like utter shite and seemed to act like we'd already won the whole thing. Wouldnt think possible to perform worse..surprise!We need more of the first half performance! We werent doing bad then and the disallowed goal should've been a warning sign..except complete opposite effect
  19. Nah our run of draws is over..1-0 loss lol..we're on an even shitter run Mk 1-0
  20. Ex-Chelsea assistant boss Ray Wilkins believes club owner Roman Abramovich is running out of managerial options. The Blues have had nine managers since Russian Abramovich took over in 2003. Interim manager Rafa Benitez has failed to win any of his first three games, while ex-Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola has been linked with the role. Wilkins, who worked under Abramovich for two years, said: "He is running out of options. If Guardiola was to come in and got sacked, where do you go?" The 56-year-old former Chelsea midfielder was appointed in 2008 to work as Luiz Felipe Scolari's assistant but was then dismissed by Abramovich in November 2010 while alongside Carlo Ancelotti, who was then sacked at the end of that campaign. Andre Villas-Boas replaced the Italian but he also found himself out of a job just nine months into his reign before being replaced by Roberto Di Matteo. Despite winning the FA Cup and Champions League, Di Matteo was dismissed in November with Benitez handed a short-term contract to replace him. Wilkins believes current Brighton boss and former Chelsea midfielder Gus Poyet would be an ideal manager for the club as options run low. "[Current Real Madrid coach and former Chelsea manager] Jose [Mourinho] may not come back. Gus Poyet would be a good choice, he is cutting his teeth at Brighton and was a legend at Stamford Bridge," Wilkins told BBC Radio 5 live's Sportsweek programme. "It is an interesting one, the options are now being closed down rather rapidly." Meanwhile, Wilkins does not agree with claims Chelsea's players are not performing because of the fact Benitez, who led Liverpool to the Champions League title in 2005, has only been appointed on a short-term basis. Wilkins pointed to Guus Hiddink's short reign in 2011 when he won the FA Cup and reached the Champions League semi-finals, adding: "Guus came in for four months, won the FA Cup and reached the semi-finals of Champions League. The players will work hard for him [benitez]." http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20572179 Difference is...Rafa aint no Guus!
