Dont mean give Rafa time but managers in general.Espically whoever takes over from Rafa.And there lies the problem.Things dont always fall into place instantly and its hard to have a vison or making major changes or try and rebuild the team if your only given so long to do so.Hence it does seem why managers are afraid to take risks,and bench certain players etc. We are going to be looked at as a place where you have limited time to make an impact and if you fail off you go.And we expect Pep or someone similar to take over?Its a massive risk for them and if someone else makes an offer at the same time.. So many decisons made by the board that are just wtf..sacking Jose....sacking Ray Wilkins what was that about?!!And yeah Carlo didnt do great 2nd season but didnt help one minute he had someone who he worked well with who randomly got the flick..and buying over expensive players who they feel the need to play or face the wrath it seems! City have spent money and although took a while they eventully geled together and it paid off..difference being he was given time!Maybe not after this season but still lasted a while there so far! Everytime a new manager comes there is no chance to build a whole new team as somewhere down the line off they go...
