Agreeing to personal terms doesnt excite me too much yet. I believe Hulk wants to play here so that part was easy. FCP has been requesting insane numbers for him. That will be the hardest part anyway.

If we got Hulk, why would we need Schurrle? Isnt he a winger too? We have Hazard-Mata-Hulk and also have young guys like Kakuta, De Bruyne, Marin, etc. Dont see the need.

Pep and Barca dont always play that way. They still used a 4-3-3 against bigger clubs like Madrid. They are a lot of crap teams in Spain so they decided to get extra attacking in those matches where they knew they would have the ball all night. I dont think he would employ that here if he was hired One of main reasons they went to 3-4-3 was because Spain is a 2 horse race, you almost need 3 pts every night to keep up with Real. Teams were parking the bus on them, especially when Barca was away, just trying to get a 0-0 draw. Barca had to try something to get road wins because they couldnt settle for road draws.

I doubt we would sign Felliani and Hulk. I dont think we start next season with 2 of Mikel/Lampard/Ramires outside our starting 11. If we sign Hulk I could see Ramires moving back with Lampard/Mikel or if we signed Felliani, Ramires would play up, splitting time with Marin. Not only that, but the money it would take, I dont see us getting both of them.

A lot of people in the States dislike Chelsea too, but I think they hate Man City more now. I remember I got into the Premier League later since I wasn't exposed to it much over here. When trying to decide which club to follow I had a lot of people tell me "anyone but Chelsea", so that is part of reason why Chelsea is who I picked lol. Now the fans over here tell new fans anyone but Man City. Part of the reason is there are a bunch of Man U fans over here. They call all Chelsea and Man City fans out for liking a club that spends a lot, which I find hilarious since most of them are United fans just because United was dominating when they started paying attention.

If we added Hulk, couldn't ramires play CM? You also got Lampard, Meireles, Mikel, Romeu and Essien. I dont think another CM would be needed. However if we dont add Hulk and Ramires is slotted as a right attacking mid, then you might want to add someone else. Id consider selling Meireles too if we got a descent offer.

The other thing I like about Hulk, is that if we dont sign a striker this window (which unless Sturridge leaves I dont think we will), Hulk could play up front as striker if needed this season (if Torres bombs again or injuries). He has played there some before, and we could use Marin or Ramires in his spot while he played striker. Gives us some more options

Cant Ramires move back? -------------Torres------------ Hazard-----Mata-------Hulk ---Lampard----Ramires---- Mikel could be sub for the back 2 and rotate in with them. Ramires could also move up at times

Some places saying we still in on him. I think we sign another bigger name, maybe Hulk. And also think we add another 1-2 depth type players, including a RB

City has a stacked team, and honestly their team I would give a slight edge over ours next season but I dont see United being much better than us, if at all. A Hazard-Mata-Hulk front with Torres ahead of them is a formidable team if you ask me. I like our team with Hulk over Man U team

To be fair a lot of people on here would be ripping him if he chose Man U or City. People here would claim Hulk was much better and that he was overpaid and we didnt need to spend that much, etc.

Yea, either way the point of his post about not trusting twitter is misleading. There are reliable people on twitter. Dont trust people who aren't verified or people quoting twitter is more like it

Well that is a fake account...he has a verified account that it's him. If there is a blue check mark next to his profile it means it's really him. And he has a real account

If we added a Hulk or Hazard, I would be fine going into season with Torres/Sturridge/Lukaku as our Strikers. We could always add another in January if Torres bombs out completely. Ba would be a solid addition too.

I dont think we need to go crazy yet, but I think we need one big money player to replace Drogba and a few other smaller signings should be fine One of Falcao/Hulk/Hazard and I would be relatively happy with the window as long as we get another RB and maybe another guy or two, but none of those need to be big money.
