like pretty much everyone else here i think its disgraceful what's happening with sturridge. he deserves to start. Carlo needs to quit being a little girl and do it. Great result tho

actually thats not what im saying. you act like all kalou has is work rate. people need to give him credit for what he does tho.

see that attitude really pisses me off. just cause we're trying to win the league we cant have people that work really hard. he is a good impact sub and brings energy when he comes on. he is a great squad player to have. i understand he cant finish the easy chances but hes not completely awful. it shouldnt matter that much if we're challenging for trophies or not...you have to appreciate what he does and how hard he works.

ive said before he isnt my favorite at all. but what he said is true. its good to see him admit it. now just follow thru and actually score some more!!

i really dont see us getting him, atleast not in january. like alot of other people have said...they are top of the league by far and they dont need money so they have no reason to sell. but he is quality

i dont think he would be a really good cb but if absolutely needed, i guess he could play there. but he sohuld be one of our last resorts

very exciting young player. hopefully he wont just be all hype and come through at chelsea. seems like carlo really likes him so he'll prolly get a shot.

i really dont think it would affect the team chemistry. carlo is a winner and wants to win no matter what. i dont think it would matter if he had assurance that he was going to keep his job. i actually think if it did anything it would help us because the players can feel continuity in manager leadership. which is something that has been lacking in recent years. i dont see how it can hurt us

i hope he does sign a new long term contract. i love what hes doing at the club from the way we play to the involvement of our youth. he has also brought alot of success to the club long live king carlo! haha

tbh as much as i used to love mourinho, i dont really want him back. i love ancelotti and we play so much better under him. he wants to stay at chelsea for a long time and we need a manager like that. mourinho isnt that type of manager at all. he needs money and doesnt help the youth and academy system much.

we are going to need a rb next summer or in the winter if bos doesnt perform quite good enough. i dont know enough about him to know if we should get him tho. carlo knows what hes doing so i trust him

i knew he had an attitude but didnt know it was this bad. he overreacted way to much. even tho Drogba sorta did the same thing it wasnt that bad. with that being said, u can tell just by the way he played after it, he has outrageous skill. if he comes to chelsea i will back him but he needs to change his attitude. and i dont really want him to hamper sturridge's development. even though sturridge wasnt really impressive in the zilina game, he still scored. he has 5 goals in the 7 games (might be 6) that he has started. hopefully he gets more games and uses the skills we know he has.

anyone else notice all of our players that we played and were 21 or younger are left-footed? haha

great for sturridge to score and for bena to play brilliantly. this shows everyone that our subs and are still great and will get the job done. really good first galf, but sloppy second half because we all just kinda stopped moving around as much and some people got lazy.

come on guys, we're gonna win it this year. it seems like every single one of our players has talked about winning and they have the mentality to do it. i personally think that our squad is stronger than last year and that we shouldnt be afraid of any team. the players know that this will prolly be that last year that they are all together and each this good. like alot of yall im very happy that studge is getting a start and i have posted a few times that i wanted him to. sometimes it just seems like he tries a little too hard so tomorrow hopefully he will be relaxed yet energetic. i think this side will be very creative!

ashley cole has been amazing and will be good to give him a rest. hopefully that means zhirkov will get some playing time. i hope bena will get a start and show his quality. also would love for sturridge to start or atleast get a half to play

yea i agree with the couple people that said that sturridge is being forgot about now that kakuta played 15-20 minutes. hopefully he will get at least a half. i think malouda will start cause he gave him a rest last game. not sure if sturridge or kalou will start up there will him even though i think carlo will give it to kalou
