  1. Because only the real passionate ones go to away games. It's the same thing for every big team in the Premier League. Look at Man United, for example.
  2. Ivanovic is bad, all right, but what about our build up play? We can't seem to be able to creat any decent chances. Cesc, Hazard, Willian and Costa are all dreadful today.
  3. They are not poor, but they are not Real Madrid or Atletico either.
  4. An easy group can make you look better than you really are. It doesn't prepare you good enough for the knockout rounds. You walk against these weak opponents and then, when you meet the big boys, you get knocked out just like last season. I would've loved a group with two weaker teams like Maccabi and Kiev BUT with another team that is stronger than Porto. Let's say Real Madrid. If you get a group like this, you will surely qualify, since Maccabi and Kiev are clearly not better than Chelsea but you will also see how good you really are by playing against Real Madrid. If you can only get the second spot, then so be it, but at least you don't finish first and think that "wow, we're so good" and then PSG comes and eliminates you in the first knockout round. If we are going to want easy opponents and fear the big boys, we will never be one of the big boys, to be honest.
  5. Walk in the park against these teams, then you get through to get PSG or Atletico and poof, adios. Just like last year. I wish we'd get a tough opponent for once, just so we can see how strong we really are, and that before it's too late. An easy group can fool you and make you feel way too confident about how good you really are.
  6. I think he'll do good at City. But he wouldn't have done good at us, though. It was just not meant to be.
  7. I seriously fear that he will be even worse than Torres. At least Fernando was a decent team player at times, he offered a few assists. Falcao is only good at losing the ball.
  8. It's basically the same thing in a different package. The Sun quoted by ITV. Irrelevant, in my opinion.
  9. I would love him at Chelsea, but his price is way too big. We would be stupid to pay more than 70m euros for him. And even that is too much. This is football, there are a lot of players. If you are smart enough, you can find another Pogba just like Juventus found the original one. But if your management is a mess, you pay an astronomical amount of money for the French dude who might as well flop or get injured. It's not like we're dying without him.
  10. So no Chelsea kit for me this year. The design itself is not that bad, but the new sponsor's logo and name look so cheap and classless. Fly Emirates and Samsung used to fit way better on our kits. But hell, money is money.
  11. We should never underestimate Roman Abramovich's money and Jose Mourinho's anger. Let's wait and see what happens.
  12. Exaclty. I still don't understand why Bamford wasn't given a chance.
  13. You people are very harsh on Ivanovic, but what about our attacking force? Hazard looks like a burito and Costa has been totally useless lately. I want to see Remy and I want Eden to wake the hell up.
  14. It's amazing how much a move like this can boost a whole club's confidence. The media is already talking about how we're gonna bounce back and I, personally, feel very enthusiastic
