  1. I love the one where he names the Barca line-up in the pre-match press conference...
  2. Good luck to Bally. Hope he wins something with Leverkusen. Wasn't world-class here, but it wasn't for a lack of trying. The Overbo chase will remain with all Blues fans for a long, long time.
  3. Everybody is Spain will see to it that nothing happens to either Real or Barca. Otherwise the SPL in disguise i.e La Liga will be doomed. But the days of Spanish league fans ridiculing the EPL clubs for their debt are over. Atleast we pay our players.
  4. I'm not talking about the transfer itself, his behaviour after it kinda got my goat. Celebrating his freekick goal against us in 08-09 right in front of the Chelsea bench got him in my bad books.
  5. http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story?id=806751&sec=europe&cc=4716
  6. If I were Danny Sturridge, I wouldn't log on to TC
  7. Barton is scouse? One more reason to hate him then
  8. Behaving like a little fairy might have something to do with it.
  9. Well if ever wanted a workhorse, we've got one now.
  10. To each his own. I put up the players I hate
  11. None of the English tabloids remember anything about Ferdinand's missed drugs test, or a teenaged Rooney shagging whores, do they? Of course, a sloshed Stevie Me ganging up with his mates and beating up some guy in a pub is also easily forgotten.
  12. I don't know if you're referring to me with that 'Kalou hater' remark, but let me inform you anyway. I am no 'Kalou hater', because I don't know how anyone who 'hates' a Chelsea player can be a Chelsea fan. All I want is for Kalou to finally start converting his obvious potential into performances.
  13. Is it just me or does he look like Stephen Ireland? LMAO maybe they gave him a cheerleading contract now that he can't get into the team anymore
  14. We know all about Kalou's inconsistency. Brilliant in flashes, rubbish other times - he's the one real enigma in our squad today (now that the equally enigmatic Joey has left). With the Drog and Nico edging closer and closer to retirement, has the time come for Kalou to step up and show us he's worth it? As far as I can remember, he's one of the least injury-prone guys on our roster. Thus injury and subsequent recovery have not been a factor in his development. Which makes me wonder why after being at one of Europe's top clubs for 4 seasons now, is he still not able to make the starting eleven week in week out. Have our managers not been placing too much faith in his abilities, or is it just that they have failed to see the qualities that he brings to CFC? Because let's be honest, after being here for 4 years, it would be normal to assume that he would have pushed one of the two ageing strikers to the bench. What do you guys think?
  15. I don't think Frank himself will quit, but I totally expect the tools at the FA and Postman Pat to kick him out along with a few others after their 'inquest' into the debacle ends. Oh but expect Stevie Me to hang around till he's 55 though.
  16. Not going to happen. We've been linked with the entire German midfield right from Schweini, Ozil, Khedira and now Muller. In the end, we'll end up with Meireles or someone else who's not the current flavour of the month.
  17. Well I personally don't hold a grudge against Iniesta. The rest are complete and utter tools in my eyes. So I put them up
  18. For me, has to be the traitor otherwise known as Gallas.
  19. Big money import from the Spanish league arrives, excited to be a part of the 'new project', collects astronomical wages week in, week out, shit performances away, gets fed up of having to actually train every day, throws a million spoiled baby tantrums, leaves eventually. Yep, another Robinho for me. Gotta hand it to City though - they do come up with the best entertainment for the other clubs. Never a dull moment there.
  20. Should be a cracker, if last year is anything to go by. Will be great just to see some blue on the telly again! P.S.Anyone think we'll have the much sought after 'marquee' signing by then?
  21. +1. Cried like a baby till about two hours after the game. Couldn't believe my eyes when the fucking ball went in. It was about 4 in the morning here when the match ended and it was probably my worst 'morning' ever. But I couldn't begin to tell you guys how proud I was of the lads and the support staff. In my eyes, our play over the two legs against the so called 'best team in Europe' was the best over the last few years. What a game, what a night. But alas, we was robbed.
