I think if he joins us straightaway and remains at an English / Welsh club till he is 21, he will be considered homegrown. Right now ofcourse as he is under 21, he can be a part of the squad regardless of the fact that he isnt homegrown.

+1. If there's one thing Carlo has brought to this squad, it's humility and a real team spirit. You can see the gentlemanly way in which Carlo conducts himself and it rubs off on the players.
