  1. Going behind certainly has sparked a reaction. Malouda, Stu n Drog look up for it. Kak has gotten into good positions, but his touch has let him down. Expect Carlo to bring on Nico or Kalou if we don't score by the hour.
  2. Sturridge almost! Playing with much more urgency and pace now, looking better.
  3. Ah well to be expected. 6 players at the back who've never played with each other a s a unit before today.
  4. Some good streams can be found here : http://myp2p.eu/broadcast.php?matchid=95767∂=sports http://www.rojadirecta.com/
  5. Would really like to see Clifford and Mellis play some part
  6. Marseille are winning currently at Spartak, so we will need atleast a point from today if it stays this way.
  7. Is it true North has nukes? India and Pakistan regularly exchange artillery fire in violation of ceasefire, almost always initiated by Pakistani army or militia. Over there they must be reporting it as Indian violations
  8. Carlo doesn't want total control "More power? I don't know... For sure that would be more work, more jobs for me and I don't want this," Ancelotti told the Daily Star ahead of Tuesday's Champions League clash with Zilina."I want to maintain my position. I am a coach. That's where my experience lies. I'm not able to speak about financial things, administrative things or contracts. I prefer to stay in my position and control technical matters. My aim is to stay here." Soccernet

  10. Sigh. We're not 'falling apart'. The roaches have come out the woodwork at the first sign of something going wrong in the castle. All there is to it. Don't believe the media naysayers. They want you to believe, spread the word and add credence to their conjecture and guess work.
  11. Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has dismissed comments from coach Louis van Gaal suggesting that Bayern Munich should consider selling midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger at the end of the season. Schweinsteiger's current contract expires in the summer of 2012 and Van Gaal is concerned the club will miss out on a sizeable transfer fee should the player opt to see out the deal and move on a Bosman free. But executive board chairman Rummenigge is adamant the Bundesliga champions are not looking to sell the 26-year-old and remain confident Schweinsteiger will agree a new deal. "I have always said that we really want to extend Bastian's contract and that is what we are working on. He is one of our most important players, if not the most important one. "But if (a contract extension) does not happen then he will certainly stay at Bayern until June 30, 2012. He will not leave before that date. He [Van Gaal] cannot decide that. In this case I will have the final say.'' Soccernet I guess that settles it for the time being.
  12. Newcastle are so frigging unpredictable. A lot will depend on which Newcastle turn up - the meek or the mighty. Regardless, the Brum performance + goals will suit me fine
  13. Good idea! My two cents : TC to have it's own twitter account to compete for followers with Stamford the Lion?
  14. Wouldn't mind it. On a free as well so nothing to live up to.
  15. Quite a magician you are. Let's strike a deal. Next preseason we'll hire you to tell us what's going to happen all year round, that way we can avoid playing games and bothering about the team's chances because Henrique has already predicted the outcomes.
