We should seriously have a crack at our own blog. A blogspot address maybe? A lot of stuff I used to read earlier has made it to the official CFC site. There would be no better publicity for TC if our blog made it there. We'd have an endless stream of members and visitors, considering we have such a quality forum to boot.

Barring a few ungrateful people, I don't think anyone has 'disrespected' Roman, so not sure why the need to state that he should be respected. I respect him, I love him, he's more than we could have hoped for, but he does have his faults and I'd be fully within my rights to talk about it when he does fuck up. My real issue is more with the suits on the board. I'm not convinced about their footballing knowledge/pedigree and their commitment to this club. It's Roman's fault if he places a lot of emphasis on their opinion on footballing matters.

What this has done is that it's managed to kill all motivation for future managers of this club. Why would you be motivated to do your best as manager when you know that you're not too far from the sack any time results suffer? Managers will make their way here for the hefty wages and the possibility of a big payout. When Carlo doesn't have any job security after what he's achieved here, nobody else does either, unless we change our ways as a club. No job security = no accountability = no motivation. To avoid this the next man should be given a 1 year contract, with an option of renewal at the season's end. But with the decision making ability (or the lack thereof) we've demonstrated on numerous occasions, I wouldn't be surprised if status quo continues.

History has also proven that all managers who played 433 were sacked / left. Just because we played Anelka and Kalou there in the past doesn't mean we have to keep doing it next year as well. And Drogba and Lampard are fringe players at best now, meaning the days of 433 at the Bridge should be over. Sturridge easily benches Torres on current form, desire, hunger by the way. But I know what you mean about their roles next year.
