Well.. Real actually have legitimate cause for a striker. Their only premier striker which they can rely on is Higuain. Mourinho doesn't trust Benzema, which is why he drafted Adebayor, who in all likelihood won't be kept. It's no secret Mourinho's been asking Valdano for a striker since Higuain's injury, because it showed lack on personnel in that department. Which is why they will really target Aguero.

He can. There's not much international activity over the summer so he can coach us pre-season & sort out transfer negotiations. When the season starts, internationals are almost mute too, so I don't think he'll have any trouble balancing jobs. Especially if the part about having Van Basten as an assistant is true.
