  1. Definitely! Bertrand's a good shout as well! With 150+ appearances to his name in the Championship he's got enough experience to lead out our side and know how to be a leader. Billy Clifford, Connor Clifford, heck even Josh could do it one day
  2. How many times did we score (in those games) when he wasn't on the pitch?
  3. http://forum.talkchelsea.net/topic/8897-04-david-luiz/page__view__findpost__p__207343 Just kidding But a great thing to hear for Luiz by Terry! He'd have to learn English well first, the captain embodies a lot of thing at Chelsea, the passion & loyalty for the club
  4. LMAO I thought it was YOU for a second, I was thinking "why's he said Hi again?" Welcome anyhow
  5. Noticed it too! Seemed like Mikel & Essien were deployed as 2 holding players while Malouda & Drogba played just behind Torres
  6. True, but that 2-0 advantage will allow them to rest quite a few players too..
  7. Torres can stay home for this. I DEMAND he not be allowed in the squad. Winning Formula Cech Ivanovic - Luiz - Terry - Cole Mikel Ramires - Lampard Kalou - Drogba - Maloud
  8. Best part is, Tevez's already done it once. Remember the infamous transfer request?
  9. Balotelli in another training ground bust up http://soccernet.esp...kompany?cc=5739
  10. 9th July? I might go with a few mates then.. Come back on the same night *-) Edit: Chelsea haven't confirmed it yet though, which is strange..
  11. Ohh, fair enough. Good lad then Kalou, for showing good character to still play and grab a winning goal. Lampard's had a good positive impact on him, Carlo would've helped too after he still coached us when his Dad was dying too. Well done Kalou
  12. He's an amazing player though, you can't doubt that! A natural goal scorer and finisher too, but I think his time in England is done. He says he's homesick anyway, so I think he's going back to Argentina.
  13. John Terry backs David Luiz as Chelsea captain
  14. Did you streak around the pitch :eyebrows: Speaking of Kalou, why the hell did he look so grumpy afterwards?!
  15. Terry's celebrations at the end of the game were fantastic! Some real, real passion in his game yesterday
  16. Will never forget the day Jose made John Terry the permanent captain of our club.. We'd never been so proud of him! Captain, Leader, Legend! :cfc:
  17. Did he? I thought he was subbed off in like the 80th minutes or something? Edit: You're right Okay, but a full game in the league?
  18. Carlo has to realise by now how vital Mikel is to the squad balance! Him and Essien actually linked up very well and as does he & Ramires. Mikel should have a permanent roll in the squad now. Essien & Ramires must do battle for their positions!
  19. I was quite alarmed in this game if I'm honest. Concern about Torres' role in the squad.. I just don't know how he's going to fit in now. Drogba is coming back to form so quickly & 4-3-3 seems to be the only thing that works. I think we all know what that mean.. Drogba will be sold. Shame turn of events. Good report as usual
  20. In all likelyhood, this game will be irrelevant. I don't see Arsenal causing United many problems today..
