  1. Yeah! His dad had a right go as well, saying no teenage should ever join Chelsea http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1368523/Dont-join-Chelsea-Christian-Eriksens-dad-fires-stark-warning-worlds-teenagers.html
  2. Chalobah Agrees First Professional Contract http://thechels.net/2012/01/chalobah-signs-pro-terms/
  3. Yeah, and then you remember this is the same club that rejected Cristian Erikson when he was 15. 4 years later, we're back chasing him
  4. At the same time this Azpil guy is 22. So providing the price is right, he'd back a very good back up for Ivanovic, with a much more threat to displace the former. Because let's be honest Ivanovic doesn't see Bosingwa and Ferreira as much of a threat to his place now.
  5. The thing is with Napoli, there squad is set up so accurately that it's easy for a player like Cavani to be part of them. Not only are they a growing challenge in Serie A, they're also the club that gave Cavani a real chance. Napoli in a season or 2 could easily go on to win the Italian league and every season they can look stronger in progressing in the Champions League. They have an array of stars from Maggio to Inler to the deadly front 3 of Cavani, Lavezzi & Hamsik. While you could argue Napoli aren't a "big club" per se, they're definitely on the way of becoming on. They're signing future stars like Inler & Vargas so they're always progressing. Unlike Borussia Dortmund (who you could argue are the German equivalents) they don't look like a selling club, unless a heavy offer comes in. So considering we did spend £50m on Torres, Cavani would cost around the same. He's young, his contract isn't running out any time soon and he's on hot form for Napoli. He doesn't seem like he'd put in a transfer request either.
  6. What's that, some logic here? Say it isn't so?
  7. Classic classy Madrid kits. Wonderful.
  8. Nope, but we most definitely should've treated him better & kept him on as assistant. As much as I love Ray Wilkins, Clarke's a better coach any day and won't speak out (as rumoured with Ray). He'll just get one with the job at hand.
  9. Owen Coyle said today more meetings will take place in the next few days, calm down everyon
  10. What the fuck are you on about? :S
  11. xD But he only said that because only a primary meeting took place. He said it was a busy time in the beginning of the month and so after that there will be time for more advanced negotiations. His words were taken completely out of hand.
  12. I used to work in a Fullers pub. Ales are quite nice
  13. I'd suggest you give up on this dream, it died in 2003
  14. Yeah, I'm confused. I know Dijon want him on loan. Not sure about Marseille & Olympiacos.
  15. Arsenal have had a loan-bid for Kieran Richardson rejected by Sunderland!
  16. I don't think he'd even come into our squad if we signed him now. Hope I'm wrong, but yeah, I wasn't that impressed.
  17. Yeah! And apparently Goetze's pledged (for now) to stay till 2016
  18. To be fair.. They're different types of players. Lucas & McEachran can be in the same team, because of Josh's different abilities.
