I think that he is the right player for us, with this 4-3-3 formation. He is used to it, he is used to AVB's tactics and training work. I really admire Hulk, have watched him many times. He is the person who can shine even when the team is struggling, who with one pass or shoot can change the whole game. That's very different characteristic compared to Sturridge, who lately just gets lost on the pitch and is really quiet(though i still think that he is a good player) That said, i do want Chelsea to sign him

David Luiz imo. He was very consistent through the game, won most of the tackles. His through balls are really special, and if our team knew how to convert those balls we would have scored in the first half. His forwards run also were really good, and actually from one of those runs he made, he scored the 1st goal

kinda yeah, though i think that will be a little too offensive, as we know Ramires also likes to run forward. This would make more sense with Essien being the man in front of the defense, not Meireles. Also it can be Malouda in the midle and Mata as a winger.

I'm quite sure that AVB will surely stay till summer at least because IMO Abramovich finally understood that with changing managers so often won't bring us trophies. We're in the middle of a shit period, but things will get better. If we sack AVB now, things wont get better. I'm finding this as a transitional year, a period of transition, and i believe that the summer will be a period when AVB(with his 1 year experience at Chelsea) will surely know what players he has to sign(we must not forget that one of the reasons we didn't buy anyone this winter period was because most of the players were cup-tied for the UCL) That said, i have support for AVB, although i must say that 2 things that really are pissing me off : 1) The non-sense subs that AVB has made especially lately 2) In this transitional year, called by many including AVB, we surely need to play younger players more.
