    Well poch way to reward an undisciplined and no skill player with a start after putting your team under the bus !!! Showing you have no clue what a coach is! This team will never get better with this joke of a coach in charge.

    Best player? do you even watch the games? He provides no creativity and offense benefit at all. I have no personal interest in him other than he is not a top tier player and far from the best player on the field.

    The fact that Galagher is even starting should get Ponch fired. He sucks, cannot score, cannot assist and put his team in trouble every min he is on the pitch. No way he should be a captain as he is a terrible example.

    Team has been doing better but Cucu and Galagher should not be playing unless there are no other options. Better players on the bench IMO.

    Well playing with only 3 at the back and a completely useless player on the right side with another useless player in front of him I see bad things. How those 2 get picked to play when you have perfectly good corner flags that have more skill is amazing :).

    Do you not see how he plays out of position all the time which puts the D at risk? I mean he was left of Sterling way a head of Palmer and all of the midfield and 2 of the 3 forwards.

    Ponch is the real problem. Cucu, Gallagher should not be starting and Cucu should never play D as that is something he just cannot do. Enzo is also a huge bust, he has shown nothing this season.

    The corner flag would be better :). You make a good point but that guy is bad and I am sure you could do something with the bench. He really needs to not play as a defender or have any defensive responsibility IMO. I agree with this.

    Play players in the correct position would be a start. Bringing in Kova in when you need a goal. Continuing to start an over paid left back that is probably the worst player on the pitch. These would be a start IMO.
