Maybe we should just draw a line under VAR. We didn't get VAR right and it is time to turn it off and sack everybody involved, try again in another season after a huge overhaul. At the moment it adds so little value compared to the way it has ruined football - we can't even fucking celebrate half the time anymore.

I have been against sacking most of our managers, but honestly at this point I think it is obvious we need someone with more passion who can raise a group of players to something more than the sum of their parts.

No more excuses for Potter - before, when I looked at the players, I thought "where the hell is the quality?" today I look and I see the club has provided a manager a really good squad, not perfect but really good - we need to be winning.

Btw, controversial opinion but thought Enzo had a few sloppy moments in this game - got away with them all, but looked a little like he wasn't fully concentrating.

The problem with Cucu is he has no redeeming features to make up for bad play - he is a poor physical specimen, weak, slow, small, not tenacious, not smart. So he can only justify playing by being dangerous with crosses, shots, passes, hard work etc but he literally has delivered none of it. Has he got a single characteristic that is above 6/10?

Chillwell should play the rest of the game, if he is fit enough. Not sure if Reece can complete the 90 so we really needed to kill this game early, might be tough now. Havertz looks a different player because the team are playing differently, he's not being used as a target man but is being used to link up play and run in behind.

Just as I said it he did it - he passed to Mudryk when he had no where to go and then Mudryk got absolutely sliced through. Feel like we're letting Mudryk down a lot so far.

How is this Coufal guy still on the pitch

Depends if he has the discipline to play there but what would be do there? He has no physicality, can't tackle, can't play a pass other than backwards?

Has Cucu played the ball to Mudryk even once?

Exactly, we have to see how they line up in reality before judging anything. Seeing Enzo and Felix on the pitch at the same time is super exciting, I just hope the rest can support them properly by making good runs and working hard, and finishing chances when they come.
