I somewhat like ref being this sensitive, too bad it goes one way only…
-
We are already 3/4 collapsed, so no risk there ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
-
More pens needed, lol

I don't think Sevilla is the team winning the CL this year and we are struggling not much less, than we did with Bayern
-
Locked at home having the Covid thing I was hope to get some good old CL flashbacks and brighten up my day with a good match from us, but unfortunately we look not convincing at all right now and with no change on the horizon… If we win this it will be with one lucky action.
-
Mendy sure watched Cech's distribution, with his trademark pass into crowd especially, lol
-
Werner's pace looks spectacular in PL, but compared to Sevilla, not so much…
-
Sure, but rarely had I seen such smart passing, earlier we weren't very unpredictable in terms of attacking movement
-
Some unusual creativity from us also Yet we look two levels below Sevilla for now
-
As per BT3, we have Conte on the pitch once again
-
Just to remind, we need a leader who isn't actually playing

What a time to be alive, it's happening!

Maybe so, maybe no – it's a real pickle for the board, no doubt. Yes, they are more sport-oriented than money-oriented than a lot of big clubs owners, but it's hard to believe they will say yeah, he's no good, s**t happens, let's have a 140-million janitor at cobham or make him a mascot at the Bridge. Mendy is improptu solution to save our butt, but ghosting Kepa will make selling him even more difficult (yet fielding him doesn't make him too good publicity too) and putting him in loan army will allow only to recoup a little percent of money spent, if any. With his salary especially. So I guess the best solution is try to fix him, even if it takes time, but I didn't hear of coming any reasonable GK coach to the club and what if Lollichon is taking part in training I'm not sure. Mendy move is actually interesting, because he is clearly more of a prospect / nr 2 / temporary solution, than Kepa replacement. If board had lost all faith in Kepa, I think we'd get a class keeper. Oblak was hard to get, but possible after all. On the other hand, with all sympathy, Willy is spent – apart from what some here advocate, we concede no less with him, maybe without tv-worth flops, but still. Age is a b**tch and it was no different for Cech in his last years in Arsenal. And of youth squad, I think Bułka was levels above the rest and how good he is we can see, so it looks like we have bit random Mendy under huge pressure, broken Kepa and then nothing in terms of GK.

Yeah… yet pro football is as much of a business as it is a sport, so it's not that easy to bench most expensive player for 7 years or just terminate his contract. Anyway, Kepa is having a terrible time, but he looked promising under Sarri. What happened and what caused it only the club knows and I guess they know better than us if it's fixable or not. We have serious problem with wasted players: Kante regressed masively, RLC looks done, CHO 50/50, Kepa gone, Rudi in the ditch. Injuries apart, there must be more complex thing to it. Mendy's injury shouldn't be so bad as he was rumored to be back for soton, so this is it, but I hope that fans hope for Mendy will last longer, than until his first mistake…

We haven't learnt for last 3 years, that trying to sit on the ball and pass around in situation like this will bite us back very badly very soon, lol
-
Hazard style, good one
-
Small detail, but Zouma with backpass was shielding the ball till Kepa got it in his hands. Good to see other players making some effort not to put Kepa on the landmine, that's some team spirit there.
-
Looked like we entered bullet time, way too slow to score.
-
Hope for Kepa to drift through this with no hassle, he needs some confidence boost in PL.
-
Question is: What kind of club, lol Still I wonder if shipping out that many players won't bite us in the butt soon…
-
Not done yet – imagine the outcry if they won't manage to finalize it on time, lol
-
I'm curious of how Telles will work out for them, as he was an easy target for all big clubs since like two years and all of them gave up for some reason.

Always gets me laughing as year after year, The Sun & co are linking everyone alive and having two legs with United, lol. Ofc, it generates clicks as per size of the fanbase, but the Sancho saga was ridiculous. As if Sancho has no better thing to do than fighting for 4-7 spots in PL, lol. Only thing could make this happen was money and United are not very eager to spend, so fans believing it were just delusional. Give them some time and all they'll do after announcing '100%' getting Mbappe, Ronaldo, Koulibaly and stuff will be getting Drinkwater off our hands on deadline day. And same story goes each window.

I recall he was quite good in Milan in the beginning. Even on this board he was hyped to no end like a year ago. And now they just shipped him off after what, like two years? Did Milan gave up or this guy flopped after all?
