No. Managing this Barca squad is a huge task, I already said it, Barcelona had two avarage seasons with this same squad before Guardiola took over. AVB is a massive gamble because we dont even know if he is a manager, he only had one good season in Portugal and won Europa League. We had many managers that won russian and ukranian league and also Europa League and nobody says they are great managers. I agree that we have some a players power problem, but AVB is another problem, because he is a massive gamble, and there is nothing in this season to suggest he is great manager, I dont think giving him another season will be a wise thing to do.

Will a manager like Guardiola accept this job if we sack AVB? Guardiola is the kind of guy that deserves all time in the world.

I did not change my mind about him, I'm a supporter/fan/whatever, I have passion. The board otherwise should make a rational decision. I'm not sure sacking him right now is the right decision. I dont think staying with the same manager for years is necessarily a good thing. We have clubs like Bayern and Real Madrid that sack the managers as soon as things arent perfect and they are two of the greatest and richest clubs in the world. Said that, I dont think we should sack him after Napolis game, because I dont like when things happen this way (win this game, or get the axe) but I dont think we should give him another season after this one. I dont think AVB's fate is related with the players power thing, just sack this players too, problem solved. You dont have to choose between players and AVB. A player wont be unhappy if he realizes he is on the bench because there is a so much better guy on the pitch, what make a player really unhappy (dont know if you play real football) is when you realize there is a useless player on the pitch while you are watching the game. I'm not sure Roman has this kind of project. He brings a young manager but where are the new players? If AVB believed the squad was good enough, the owner and the board could had said "stop the bullshit, get this money and buy some players". I really cant believe anyone who knows one thing or two about the game thought we could do better than this with this squad.
