I wouldn't add Luiz to that list at all, considering he is regularly Brazil's best defender whenever he does play for them. He justifiably keeps players like Miranda and Dante out. You can't say the same about Hulk.

Rather keep Mikel tbh. I'm happy with Fabregas, Matic, Ramires, MVG & Mikel. Mikel is a lot better defensively than Song so he gives us a pretty different option compared to the rest of our midfielders. If we had 10/20 mins left in a game and we needed to bring on a midfielder to solidify and shut down the game I'd go for Mikel rather than Song.

What are you on about? Blind is not a liability at left back. FDB did not change him into a CDM because he was being poor at LB... He's actually been very good there for some time now. Because he's a versatile, well rounded player, FDB decided to make him the lynchpin of his Ajax side at CDM... He still played at left back more than a handful of times last season.Blind a liability at LB... . I'm not advocating that we should sign Blind over Luis but come on, you don't have to make stuff up.

Only way it'll make sense to me is if Mikel is off... But then again, I think Mikel could still do a very decent job for us in specific situations... Tiago isn't really needed right now but who knows who we're selling?

Really hope he stays, could be massive for us next year.

We won't need to be as reliant on him trying to consistently produce creatively now we have Fabregas. I think the Matic - Fabregas - Oscar trio is very well balanced in that regard.

I'm interested in seeing how well he'll do next season with Willian who likes drifting into the centre and him drifting out wide... Should be an interesting combo.

Yup. Schurrle's runs off the ball and movements are just phenomenal, he'll truly benefit from someone like Cesc spraying it about from deep.

No rush in buying a new CB this season IMO (as long as we sign a LB to free up that CB role for Ivan), should go in with the four of JT, Cahill, Ivan & Zouma and then perhaps buy a new CB next year. 3 proven CBs and one protege is more than enough.

Zouma I think. We didn't sign him for £12m to start loaning him out again IMO (well I hope not anyway). Looks like our new batch of CBs will be Terry, Cahill, Ivanovic and Zouma. I'm fine with that. 3 solid, experienced heads and one young understudy with huge potential. Sounds good.

I'd definitely get a professional to look at this, demanding £300 is excessive and over the top.
