Tbh number one thing I want from my AM is creativity. Oscar was not ideal but Mount has long ride to reach prime Oscar level. He was same age as Mount in his first year here and he had 12 goals and 12 assists. 11/10 season after. He was also great in CL. 8g and 8a in 1841 minutes (equals 20 games) in 4 seasons. 5 in first season, Mount is yet to do anything in CL.

Frank used Jorginho, Kovacic, Kante against City this season. And in some important matches as well. Jorginho is back, Mount played 90min, Kovacic just 55min. Everything suggest it will be the same again. Tactically it makes sense to have more defensive protection.

After the break 3 points is all that matters. We are going to be different team next season so CL place is only thing I care about this season. And we are now in great position! Not a good performance. Starting lineup, well I do not have many issues like many. After two clean sheets against Liverpool and Everton I did not expect any changes in the back 4. Chris for Zouma was probably Frank thinking we will have possession so Chris is better in this. But overall Chris is shit and whoever we pick for back 4 we will suffer because we do not have good defenders. Giroud deserved to start after many good games before Covid and he still keeps his place for me. Mount/RLC on the wing was my biggest issue? What was Frank thinking? They should never play there! Azpi also keeps his place, James is not good yet. We need Jorginho. Maybe just maybe Kante-Kovacic can work if we have deadly 4 players upfront like Pulisic, Ziyech, Havertz and Werner.
