But James wing back please! No need for Chris here, especially after injury. Very hard decision Kova or Jorgi out? And front three also some dilemmas... Werner, Ziyech and Pulisic did so well in those 2 games against City, it is hard to drop any of them. Kai and MM are the youngest one in attack and I chose experience here. I trust less young players in games like this.

That Aguero penalty does not say anything. I would saved it. And that is only second penalty Mendy saved in his career. This is first one and maybe even here it was illegal because it looks like his legs were not on the line. Mendy saved 2 of 26 pens. Kepa saved 5 of 22. Caballero 11 of 33. But this is without PK shootouts. Kepa saved 5 of 19 pens in Chelsea shirt in 4 shootouts. Caballero had also some amazing shootouts in his career. Mendy only against Spurs this season and he conceded 5 from 5. So, no, I do not share your confidence with Mendy.

Pretty much the same as Willian. Every manager and pundit liked him so much. But we know the truth. When you think about it, they are like clone players. Now under Tuchel MM plays almost the same position as Willian. Both taking set pieces, very bad in the final 3rd, both attacking players praised for defensive work, work rate more than attacking abilities. They even have similar dribbling, Willian is faster and that is it. I see the same people who were bashing Willian for years now praise Mount to the heaven. It is weird and only one explanation really... They are biased because he is academy, poster boy, Lampard successor... Willian last season for example for Chelsea had better season than MM this season when he is voted poty. I did not saw any rival fans go crazy over Mount. But I saw many Chelsea, United fans go WOW over Foden, Grealish... And Southgate is as clueless as Lampard tbh. Maddison for example this season has more goals and assists than Mount in around 1500 mins less, so why is he not on this 33 players list?

Absolutely. It was weird season for him. He played just 46% of all possible minutes. Plus no pre season, injury, Covid, Lampard playing him out of position... He was definitely not bad but one season to write off.

Locatelli as Jorginho replacement would be great.
