Now in your second year, you have that same difficult job except all of your tools have been taken away, and yet your employer is still asking you to achieve those same objectives. Bit silly no? When you signed a contract with this employer, no where did it state they would take your tools away and ask you to perform the same results. Now imagine being 60. Not much left in your career, and another offer comes giving you more money and more opportunities than what you currently have. Are you a chicken shit for taking the better opportunity?

He will see Jorginho's strengths and fairly certain he will utilise them.
