  1. I think the midfield will be unchanged. Was working well towards the latter of the season.
  2. Mount needs to step up. Now more than ever.
  3. If Bakayoko had confidence, he would of been a success not only in the Premier League, but for us. Make no mistake, at Monaco, Bakayoko was a dynamic and powerful midfielder. It's the same thing for Ndombele. Will he amount to the intensity the PL has to offer, or will he be in self doubt and follow the same path as Bakayoko. You cannot say one will make it in comparison to Bakayoko when for Bakayoko it was very much a mental thing vs his actual ability.
  4. So elephant in the room, when do we think he will be sacked?
  5. City have had a plan embedded into their identity since the arrival of Txiki in 2012. What we are seeing now is the combination of a long term vision, financial injection, and proper manager to carry out that vision. We, Chelsea Football Club, lack two of those.
  6. Willian is dross for the national side as well from what I've seen.
  7. There are far too many objectives and pressured obligations that a Chelsea FC Manager needs to fulfill to even care about what the youth/development squads are doing. You don't come to Chelsea to build something, you come to win. If not, there's the door.
  8. Atletico confirming City have met Rodri's release clause. Fail to see how any midfield can match B.Silva, Rodri, and KDB
  9. Yup. Very much a mental issue with Morata. Had he not get that hamstring injury against City, things could have panned out a lot differently.
  10. RLC as a starter not your cup of tea?
  11. That midfield has no creativity or end product bar the occasional Jorginho lobbed pass.
  12. Isn't using your strength and power to dribble past the opposition, being dynamic? Ndomblele and Bakayoko have one thing in common in my opinion, a lack of composure.
  13. I think Eriksen is class and the only attacking midfielders better are Lionel Messi and Kevin De Bryune. I think he's out grown Spurs if anything.
  14. Realistically, we'd be lucky if we got two. Mount and James.
  15. Latest is that Eriksen's agent is meeting with Real's representatives.
  16. Really? They've looked similar when you compare Bakayoko's time with Monaco. If anything, I think Ndombele has the potential to look clumsier in a fast paced league like the prem.
  17. You have an uncanny dislike towards Hazard don't you? I'd say Hazard's dribbling ability is what makes him an effective creator. He may not be a deadly finisher in the box, but he finds the right pass. Since his time in the premier league, he's created more chances than 'Killer pass' experts in David Silva, Ozil, and Eriksen.
  18. That is an incredibly redundant midfield, and since when did Willian get the nod over Pedro?
  19. Hazard isn't a finisher, he's a creator. He's the player you want just behind an Aguero, Suarez, Lewandowski, etc.
  20. Really hope he makes the cut. No better opportunity for a youth player to break through.
