  1. World class striker is needed. World class centre back is needed. Back up left back Upgrade on Willian
  2. After calming down, I think the best thing for Tammy would be continuing to start
  3. Can see them killing us on the counter. Our players will also be knackered. Hoping for a win, but can see a draw.
  4. Why isn’t Batshuayi playing? I want an actual explanation. I go off defending Tammy after the United performance and this is how he repays me. Missing a sitter and a shit penalty. Giroud for Sunday
  5. Worse thing about it is after all that, we will probably be knackered for Sunday and drop points.
  6. Honestly just fuck off. Two games into the season I’ve already had enough. The amount of luck that’s gone against us is utterly ridiculous
  7. From Sané, to CHO, to Peresic. Lol mugs
  8. Mount has an eye for goal as well if he carries those same instincts from the Championship. It's his pressing and energy levels I find more suitable for Lampard's football.
  9. For a guy that was brought up in La Masia, played under Guardiola, and played for Barcelona and Spain during their possession/Tiki Taka era, to have transformed into a player that loses the ball so fucking much, is unbelievable.
  10. Nah bar Henrique, for some weird reason, all rated Mount's performance. Lampard could even prefer him over RLC when he becomes fit.
  11. About 20 minutes into the game, I was loving it. I loved the control. I loved the intensity. I loved the build up and quick transition. I loved the collective pressing. I loved how threatening we were and how well we worked to get the ball back. All of this on display at Old Trafford, a ground we haven't won at in more than half a decade. And yet, the truly sad thing is, I kept thinking to myself, 'I wonder how long we'll keep this up?'. It's been two years since we saw this level of intensity/control and kept it up for the entire 90. Will it be a worldie of a goal we concede? Will it be an individual error? Then after I saw that misplaced pass from Zouma, that's when I knew. We started seeing more individual errors after that, and when Pedro, (in Pedro fashion), kept a hold of the ball for too long and lost it in a dangerous area, our momentum died. It pisses me off how I can't enjoy a game anymore where I can safely think our players will give it their best the entire 90. The amount of individual errors we see is staggering for a top 6 side.
  12. I like from what I saw and I am keeping this in mind with what we currently have. Tammy looks essential for Lampard's football. I'd keep him as a starter and let's see how he fairs after a run of games.
  13. Tammy was at fault for Pedro holding on to the ball too long that led to the counter? I remember seeing Jorginho and Mount in space. Tammy was at fault for Zouma making a challenge you'd expect a Sunday league player to make? Tammy was at fault for Dave ball watching and losing his runner? These are individual mistakes we are seeing mate. This is not a collective misfortune, when in fact we were in total control before the initial individual mistake.
  14. But it ultimately wasn't inexperience that lost us the game. We saw vital mistakes from our veterans in Pedro and Azilicueta, along with Zouma who is an established professional. All three were at fault for our goals through errors you'd expect from inexperience players. Lampard has a clear vision on how he wants us to play, and Mount+Tammy are vital in it. Make no mistake, we were in absolute control before Zouma shot us in the foot. Tammy puts that chance away, it would've been a different game.
  15. Name hasn't been brought up much, but how awful was Pedro yet again away to a top 6 side? He should honestly never be considered an option at this rate. Still mainly at fault for the first goal when he lost the ball in a dangerous area that led to a United counter attack. Lost the ball a good 5 or 6 times just holding onto it for too long, which I'm sure pissed Lampard off. We have a past it Pedro, and Willian, who was actually never good enough, and CHO and Pulisic who are unproven. No middle ground.
  16. Almost begs the question how he's a professional when he looks so awkward on the ball.
  17. The criticism for Tammy is truly unjustified. He puts that chance away people's opinion would completely shift. Did well to lead the line and his pressing was superb.
  18. No Sarri to blame now. Conceded 3 goals this half. I seem to remember some fans showing no mercy to Sarri and wondered if he motivated his players during half time.... Only one word to described this match. Collapse.
  19. This is identical to Sarri. Bournemouth away. Everton away. United at home in the FA Cup. Games where we had acted lively off the bat, then individual errors from players who have no right being in the starting XI, kills our momentum and then we completely collapse.
  20. There are people that will lead you to believe it's not the players performing badly, it's Sarri who unmotivated them vs the players not actually be that good. The mistakes we saw today were from players who shouldn't be near the XI. Pedro, Dave, and Zouma.
  21. Like I said Azpilicueta, talk is cheap.
  22. Emerson is lucky he's bloody average going forward though.
