I think just having more direct players, particularly Mount and Pulisic, are replacing Hazard's influence.

Admittedly I haven't watched much of City this season. Only their defeat to Norwich. Think after watching this we can safely predict what team should play.

Great we got our game out of the way. Spurs, United, Leicster/Arsenal all have fixtures where they are bound to drop points.

Eh? They are good enough against Mane and Salah, two players who probably have done better the past year than those mentioned bar Messi.

That James + Willian right side combo will be vital in big games. Individually and collectively they’ve mugged off Zaha, who is notoriously known for tormenting our right side.

Not having this experience argument. As if we couldn't concede more goals with Dave benched, and far as i'm concerned he's been heavily involved in quite a few this season.

I beg to differ. His overall play helps become the team more direct, thus creating more chances. He's probably looked a little off pace due to fatigue.

Him being captain shouldn’t matter. It’s not as if Dave is some outstanding leader. He’s actually proved that isn’t the case at all. If starting Dave over James on the notion because he is captain, thus becoming detrimental to the team, Lampard deserves to be heavily criticised.

We’ll see how Ruben fairs. Still think many are over hyping him. Mount has been absolutely vital for us in this system.

Wake me up when Reece James is finally a starter. Because it's honestly laughable how he still isn't. Don't want to hurt poor Dave's feelings do we?

I've been one of his biggest critics, but let's remember he got us three points on Saturday. Still fairly young and doesn't get that much help in front of him. He may never be an elite keeper, but in modern football he is good enough for a top club.

Lampard genuinely deserves every bit of criticism if that’s the case.
