At this rate, we need a transfer window that is better and more efficient than the 2014/15 one to become competitive again.

And that's a fair criticism, one that i've continued to make. It's a glaring flaw his game management. But when you take a deeper look at the context, we really don't have the quality to maintain any sort of consistency. And to ask for his sack because of it is downright absurd.

Tammy and Mount have come from the Championship. Batshuayi has never been reliable nor the brain. Giroud is on the decline and doesn't fit the system. CHO has just come back from injury, and before that he was still very raw. Willian is a two-month wonder. Pedro has officially become terrible. Pulisic is in his first season, and we are already putting too much faith on him. What do people honestly expect Lampard to achieve with what he's got?

Calling for his sack is absurd imo.

Under Mourinho, Conte, Sarri, and now Lampard. We have always struggled against sides that restrict our width. Why is that?

Asking for Lampard's sack is just as ridiculous as asking for Sarri's sack when you realistically look at who we have at our disposal. Like someone else mentioned, we've been fortunate all season on how shit United, Spurs, and Arsenal have been.
