You are making OTT comments by saying that performance was a 'shit showing'.
Soler has a free chance at goal virtually 5 feet in front of Kepa. The fact Kepa reacted fast enough to even dive and get a hand on it is impressive. The fault goes to the fact Soler was a free runner.
I'm not taking this argument any further if you genuinely believe he should've saved that. Let alone it being an 'easy parry'. Look at it curve away from him for goodness sake. Again, no keeper that isn't 6'6 isn't saving that.
He's just turned 25, and for a GK that is nothing. Not even close to his prime I'd imagine. He has everything you want in a modern day GK.
A part of me knew he would save that penalty.
I’m sorry, but I vividly remember and argument you and I had where you went through thick and thin to disprove my statement “Kepa isn’t a top keeper yet”.
12 months later, I’m still firm on my stance that he is potential and that was it. Has what you want in a modern day GK. He isn’t an issue for me.
Bizarre U-Turn you’ve taken
As bad as he was, taking out Jorginho and playing a back 5 reverted us back to Apocalyptic Mourinho days in inviting pressure.
That was awful from Lampard
