You're telling me Ruben's game doesn't rely on pace? One of his stand out attributes was his acceleration and power to dribble past opposition in the midfield.

What's this based on? CHO is already obviously struggling mentally post injury, and his was only a small grade tear. Ruben's was a full tear. He's going to be scared shitless for months putting pressure on that foot in game. Especially when changing direction.

Because he hasn't been injured. Tomori lost his place with a hip injury and Rudiger for obvious reasons.

At the present sure. Until United sharpen up and go for a progressive manager.

Even though I'm still not convinced he's ready fitness wise, any sort of long term injury will have its mental effects, especially one as painful as an ACL tear. Getting back to match fitness/sharpness is one thing, but getting back 'mentally' is a whole other thing.

He does perform in big games. We just need to be lucky its during the two months of good form during the season.

Ajax and Salzburg dropping down to Europa will make things tougher for Arsenal and United. Just saw that Ziyech miss. Been the story of his life sadly. He's bottled it twice for us in the AFCON when he had the chance to win it.
