I'd play the Kovacic, Jorginho, and Kante midfield for this. Pulisic being back will be a bonus because we need some creativity in the third. Hopefully CHO and Tammy are up for this.

As much as Spurs winning is a damper on our moods, I feel like some sort of justice was done with City's sending off for their 'tactical foul'. They've gotten away with that bollocks under Pep for seasons.

So why are we basing this performance from Spurs as evidence they will leapfrog us? Even under Poch Spurs managed to get the better of City. Only difference is that with Poch they played decent football and offered something that we could genuinly worry about. This was the most smash and grab performance I've seen from Spurs and Mourinho.

No I wouldn't risk Lautaro. There is always a chance with Werner. Until it specifically comes out of his mouth he prefers Liverpool, there is a chance. The only reports about him and Liverpool contradict each other. One saying it's his preferred destination and another stating he denied wanting to go there because he wouldn't start. Also reported Liverpool made a move for Havertz. Fairly certain Klopp will want to form him into another Firmino.

We need Two LB's that are upgrades on Emerson+Alonso A Top CB Two Wingers. One Lefty preferably. An Elite ST. Lastly, a bit controversial, but a Kante replacement as well if Real still offering ridiculous money. Roughly 5-7 massive upgrades are needed to realistically compete on all fronts again.

He needs a break on the bench. Looks mentally drained which I feel is a result of over reliance. Needs to be given the same treatment as Pulisic and CHO and easily transitioned. I'm inclined to play Kante, Kovacic, and Jorginho until Ruben gets match fit.
