I always thought Haaland would cope well in the premier league given his physicality. To assume at 20, he wouldn't be able to adapt is a bit premature.
Formation hasn't been an issue. We are 1st in chances created since Tuchel has been appointed. Its converting them that's the issue, which is a collective one.
Since Tuchel has been appointed we are 16th.
Again, are you willing to take that risk considering the level of drastic improvement that is needed with the current squad? Add the fact we are losing both Giroud (potentially) and Tammy? 16th in the table is a lot different than 4th. And this isn't even considering the possibility of Kane moving to City.
We are 16th in the league in chances converted.
To assume, or to merely hope we can drastically improve that with who we currently have and not a recognisable ST in the side, is poor planning.
As opposed to what? Villa and West Ham? Two clubs that will never play Champions League football?
Add the prospect of leading the line for a Champions League club, Dortmund's history in developing young players, their stadium and fans, I would be astonished if Tammy would insist on staying in England.
Both Sterling and Silva rumored to be unhappy.
For Haaland to happen, I reckon both Ziyech and CHO need to go. Preferably the latter on loan if possible.
7 players for 3 roles in a 343
7 players for 4 roles in a 4231 and 433
Either we sell an attacker or two or Tuchel will definitely have some unhappy players.
