Ryan Gravenberch We should be all over this lad. Looks to be the next possible teen superstar Dutch MF'er. Best U18 player I have ever posted on here IMHO. Gravenberch made his Ajax debut v PSV on 23-09-2018 and became their youngest debutante ever at 16 years and 130 days. Style of play: – powerful, skilful & creative midfielder – player with very good body mass ratio, physical strength, power, stamina and natural fitness who feels comfortable in contact situations – well-rounded, hard-working team player – midfielder that imposes himself on the pitch with his physicality, work rate, energy and determination – likes to play short passes – likes to shoot from distance – extremely difficult to knock off the ball thanks to his size, technique and good close control – possesses high stamina, energy and the ability to go on lung bursting runs through the middle of the park – elegant and composed under pressure – his stamina, determination, and pace enables him to cover a lot of ground ground – possesses excellent technique on the ball, vision, decision taking on the ball and passing ability at all distances – able to make effective late runs into opposite penalty box lurking for a chance to exploit his good shooting skills – determined in defensive phase with good anticipation sense to provide key interceptions, clearances and tackles – competent direct/indirect set-piece taker – good ambidexterity using his left weaker foot – fairly good in the air – very accomplished for his age He is best suited to playing as: Central midfielder in 4-2-3-1 or a 4-3-3 Achievements: ABN Amro Future Cup 2017 best player. ABN Amro Future Cup 2018 winner with Ajax. 2018 UEFA European Under-17 Championship winner with Netherlands. Description: Ryan Gravenberch is considered to be one of the most talented youngsters of his generation in Europe. In 2017 he was selected as the best player of the very prestigious tournament ABN AMRO Future Cup – annual friendly international youth tournament which is organized by Ajax Amsterdam. Despite being only 16, he is already a regular at U19 level for Ajax and featured in this season’s UEFA Youth League, becoming the youngest ever scorer in the tournament. His older brother Danzell is also a footballer currently playing for Belgian side KSV Roeselare on loan from Reading. Quotes: “The classy central midfielder, who has a similar playing style to Paul Pogba, can be seen gliding through games with his height, strength and dribbling ability making him difficult to stop. He is also a fantastic passer and scores goals regularly with his driving runs into the box.” Gravenberch delighted after making Ajax debut http://www.football-oranje.com/gravenberch-delighted-after-making-ajax-debut/ One to Watch #1: Ryan Gravenberch https://www.mokumfc.nl/ajaxya/one-to-watch-1-ryan-gravenberch/

Oh, its all good sweetie. I have no connections to the actual business of football, btw. Maybe someday! I am involved in the financial industry and I am passionately into the transfer market. It's my passion when it comes to the sport. I live to make deals too, in my real world job and life. It is why I get so bloody frustrated with the board and the constant failures, string-a-longs (especially by the Italian clubs, which is where MANY of my favourite targets come from, along with the Bundesliga) and also the seemingly ubiquitous self-sabotages, capped off by the utter paralysation that emanates from the selling end (unless of course it is selling players like KDB and Mo Salah for pennies on the pound.) My frustrations on the field are amplified by my inability to put aside the medium to long term even horizons that cascade down from-man management/playing time issues. It of course also is germane to our on-field production level, BUT, for example, this whole season I have been going crazy (until it actually, nightmarishly came true) with Sarri's refusal to pay CHO more due to always going with Willian or Pedro, even when Eden was NOT our LW. I KNEW the lad was going to be fished and quite likely his head turned. When Sancho bailed on Shitty in 2017, I was instantly concerned about a knock-on effect if he came good, as the combination of incredible (both in terms of talent and young age) English (and other nationalities raised in EPL academies) youth AND (IMHO), the best foreign league for them to instantly get playing time AND a style that suits them well spelt big trouble ahead if the chips fell the wrong way, which they now have. I am not an all-seeing eye, so I was worried much more about teams like RB Leipzig (who coincidentally have now also joined the CHO race), Dortmund themselves, Bayer Leverkusen, and finally Borussia Mönchengladbach. Bayern came out of the blue (and red, lol). I was crestfallen, as I am WELL away of their tenacity and brutal machine-like refusal to take no for an answer.

Maxi Gomez: Did Chelsea not know their best target was on the market? https://theprideoflondon.com/2019/01/26/chelsea-missed-maxi-gomez/

Chelsea: Mason Mount is not the regista you are looking for https://theprideoflondon.com/2019/01/26/chelsea-mason-mount-not-regista-looking/ Mason Mount has been playing an absurd amount of minutes at Derby County on loan from Chelsea. Some want him to return as a regista deputy. He is not that. Mason Mount is one of the loan army’s brightest stars. Frank Lampard seemingly agrees as he has virtually played Mount every minute he has been available. In fact Mount (and Fikayo Tomori) have both played more than Derby County’s first choice keeper and are only beaten out by the team’s captain. Chelsea management and fans alike are already looking towards the future. The Blues need someone to deputize Jorginho right now. But some want Mount to return and play the role, while others fear bringing in another midfielder will force Mount out of the club. But all of that does not make a whole lot of sense. Mount is a fantastic player, but being a regista behind Jorginho simply is not in his future. It would be a waste of his skill set. There is a sense that because he is young that he can learn the role. That is true; he could learn the role. But the question should not be whether or not he could but whether he should. Mount is very quick with the ball at his feet. He has a great touch and great passing to pair with it. But he also has very good positional sense and Lampard has clearly been teaching him how to time his late runs. To use an antiquated and rigid definition, Mount is an eight like Lampard was before him. Moving Mount to the regista spot could work and he would likely do well there. But he would do even better in one of the other midfield spots where he can attack more and press more aggressively. Ethan Ampadu finds himself in a similar debate right now. Whereas he can play the regista role, he is even better as a centerback. Again, just because a player is young and can learn a role does not mean they should. snip

Paris Saint-Germain sign Zenit midfielder Leandro Paredes for €40m https://www.theguardian.com/football/2019/jan/25/paris-saint-germain-sign-zenit-midfielder-leandro-paredes-40m Fucking £34.5m We lost him over a £4m difference, as our second bid was €35m (£30.5m). Idiots. And once again, WHOLE window shot (4 days to go) chasing players we want enough to haggle over for weeks and then toss it away at the finish fine. Russia is not even the new Italy, as they caved (accepted €10m less) in the end. ppppfffffttt Now for Barella..... Cagliari has said they would take £43m (€50m) for Barella and we loan him back for 6 months, so would only cost around £41m net. That is almost fucking £10m less than they were demading. His wages would be around HALF of Cesc's, and around £2.7m a year less than Drinkwater's (so £15m less over duration of a 5 and half year contract)! Inter have backed away do to FFP. Yet we will still fuck it up somehow!

Ribery, Robben, and James are all gone this summer, (we should have a stab! trade CHO for James via paying James £39.5m buy option from Real, which they have said they will NOT do already) so he would be served best waiting till then. He will end up playing his less-favoured RW is my prediction, as they will have ZERO true RWers Thomas Müller, as you said, could play there, but it is not his strength

Alvaro Morata to have Atletico Madrid medical on Sunday https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11095/11619010/alvaro-morata-to-have-atletico-madrid-medical-on-sunday

He played one game for Borussia Dortmund II (their reserves) and had all 5 assist in a 5 nil win (bizarre stat!!!) https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/spielbericht/index/spielbericht/3065957 other than that he has no goals 1 assist in all other comps Turns 30 in 50 days. One of the relegation zoners could use him probably
-
Big pass on Zaha, he has 2 less goals and 2 less assists all year than WILLIAN massively overpriced he will be too
-
If she agreed to resign as soon as we threw her out of the bed
-
wow, upset day in the FA Cup apparently HT it is Wimbledon up 2 nil over the Toffees
-
Borja Garcés is their CHO, minus the transfer request, lol
-
Thats what they were chanting As for Borja Garcés himself, all I know his is 1.84m, 19yo, and scored in his only La Liga game so far and just renewed last week. Seems a striker with high potential, but I am very wary atm of Spanish strikers. The last 2 we have had have been amongst the worst ever Chels signings.

CHO is gone, unfortunately https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11668/11618926/callum-hudson-odoi-hands-in-chelsea-transfer-request-to-secure-bayern-munich-transfer we either sell him or, like others have said, ship him back to the youth team for next 18 months (as a deterrent to this shit in the future) I vote the 2nd (and I am miss money counter, and realise we are tossing away £35m) he is a fucking rat, especially as Eden is 90% leaving, thus massively opening up LW

Less Morata, more Borja Garces
