Main one I am watching besides Puli is Hakimi at RB, I want him so bad.
-
I highly doubt Aina will turn it down, he is their main starter now. Every time I have seen him play this year he has been fantastic, especially the night he totally bossed CR7.

Matt Law's Chelsea briefing The stats that prove Barclay's importance By Matt Law Football News Correspondent Hazard and Barkley celebrate Chelsea's third goal against Huddersfield (credit: Getty) It is just over a year since Ross Barkley made his Premier League debut for Chelsea in a 3-0 home defeat to Bournemouth. Barkley was easing his way back to fitness after six months out through injury and, having suffered a slight setback, he had to wait until May for his next League start against Newcastle United, which ended in another 3-0 defeat. The critics were already preparing themselves to write off Barkley’s Chelsea career, but, since regaining full fitness over the pre-season, he has undoubtedly been one of the success stories of this campaign to date. Barkley ran the game against Huddersfield Town after being restored to Maurizio Sarri’s starting line-up and it was the 10th Premier League match Chelsea have won in which the midfielder has started since his debut on January 31, 2018. In fact, Chelsea’s League win percentage when Barkley starts stands at an impressive 70 per cent, in comparison to just 48.3 per cent when he is left out. The Blues average 2.2 goals a game with him in the team and 1.4 goals when he is watching from the substitutes’ bench. Former head coach Antonio Conte described Barkley as a “complete player”after Chelsea had signed him for just £15 million from Everton and the statistics would seem to back that view. Other than being more dangerous in an attacking sense with Barkley in the team, Chelsea are also better at the back. They have conceded an average of 0.9 goals in the League games in which he has started and 1.2 in those he has not. Perhaps most impressively, Barkley has also covered more ground in the games he has started than any of his team-mates – including N’Golo Kante. He has clocked up an average of 12.44 kilometres per 90 minutes, in comparison to Jorginho’s 12.01 and Kante’s 11.87. Mateo Kovacic, who has started in front of Barkley on a number of occasions is not in the top five according to the statistics provided to us by Opta. Barkley provided an assist for Eden Hazard’s second goal against Huddersfield, which was his fourth of the season and puts him only behind the Belgian in that particular category for the season. Whether or not he is benefitting from his assists, Hazard performs better with Barkley in the team behind him. In the six Premier League matches the pair have started, Chelsea’s star man has scored three times, averaging 0.5 goals a game. Without Barkley, Hazard’s average drops to 0.48. No wonder those above Sarri at Chelsea consider Barkley to be a genuine bargain. no link, it is only via email and I am only posting it for discussion, not saying this is my stance

I thought that Scouse cunt Carragher was going to give birth when Ash picked Drogba over Bergkamp, lolol ffs look at Bergkmp's 6 years he played with Cole he averaged 7 goals a game per year, all comps now Drogba's 6 years with him 21 goals per year, twice over 30 AND A CL NOT EVEN CLOSE Not slagging Bergkamp, he was in decline then 1990-98 Bergkamp was insane

I can absolutely live without that 4th new one (the RW where I said Suso or Bailey or Malcom) IF we lose CHO and Eden we simply must (my picks here, obviously could be others) sign Pepe and Lozano. SELL WILLIAN, he simply has to go whilst we can still get something for him. That would leave us LW Lozano LW Pulisic RW Pepe RW/LW Pedro (with RLC as emergency winger, although I think he is not cut out for that and I would rather roll with our new AMF as a backup winger) AMF Sarabia (or James) and buy Jovic (Werner is going to be crazy expensive unless Leipzig sells him at a cute-rate price (his contract is up in 2020) to get him away from those Bayern cunts every window he fuck about makes the sell/buy logjam worse and worse dog help us if this 2 year ban bullshit actually comes to fruition we need so many upgrades it is insane these are NOT an option, if we even want to get back to a top 4 position consistently Barella needs to be snagged (massive upgrade over Kovacic IMHO) Tonali shouldn't be too much (£20-25m max) unless Juve (and they probably will, along with fucking Victimpool) puts the bidding war boots in if we buy Sarabia, that means we get 3 great MFers for only around £85m to 90m total, that is far less than what SMS alone would cost We also need (and its due to a further lack of action) to upgrade BOTH fullbacks and get a WC CB (or a youngish one with mad potential, as I have listed countess times) especially if Luiz goes (we should have sold him when PG offered £30m, another insane board cock-up, as he has reverted back to horrific defensive form yet again, its a bloody joke so many rate him becuase he can simply pass the ball like any competent play-making MFer) if we roll into 2019-20 with the same back 4 and reserves we now have, we are FUCKED, I will not back down from that statement, especially as Alonso will be a year older (next season is his last full season as an under-30yo) and both he and Azpi are logging (for years in a row) crazy minutes and Azpi will be 30. If we do not buy a CB, the pressure on AC and Ampadu is going to be immense. We simply HAVE to finalise a shit tonne of the deadwood and not-good-enough sales believe it or not with fair prices (many with us taking a big lose v actual valuation and/or what we paid) if we liquidated the deadwood, plus get 100m for Eden and 40m for Alonso 40m for Wilian we would generate around £450m not joking at all that is COMPLETELY fix the club level cash the depressing thing it IS around £180m LESS than the same players sold based off hard offers this last summer and that is NOT selling any of the small fry loan army except for Musonda (I put him down as a £5m sale) I wanna choke out the fucking board
-
exactly LW Lozano LW Pulisic RW Pepe RW Suso (or Bailey or even Malcom) CF Jovic CF Higuain CF Tammy (HG) AMF Sarabia (or even James, as Bayern could activate his buy clause for £39m and swap him to us plus say £5m for CHO) is a VASTLY better attack than any combo with just Eden and Pulisic, (CHO is gone, its going to be mad, mad drama if we do not sell him in the summer) plus dregs Willian and Pedro, and our current AMF's, and hell, I mean even with Icardi instead of Higs Icardi (or Dybala) are not fucking a 25yo CR7 Hazard isnt even in the same country code as Messi and CR7 at 27/28/29 Messi alone scored 70 goals for club and country in the calendar year when he was 27, CR7 scored 69, lolol.......EDEN can GTFO
-
So he is now a convicted felon, doesn't that absolutely fuck him on work permits and travel?
-
Unbelievable he doesn't just come out and say what the hell he is going to do. I am 90% sure he is leaving. At least the club knows, but FFS, would could have sold him for £175m this summer and bought Dembele for only around £100m, as Barca were shopping him fairly hard. Dembele is an utter beast, he will more than likely go down career-wise as a better player than Hazard. Real is going to flay us alive on the price they pay too. If they offered us Hakimi and £100m in the summer I will carry him to the plane myself. I think we will be damn lucky to get even a straight £100m. I wager they try and toss us £50m plus Kovacic and tell us that is £100m according to THEIR valuation.

Ola Aina is gone. Torino already said they are going to excercise their option to buy. Some of those on that list we could and should have bought years ago. Icardi is still my number one striker choice but I doubt we get him, especially if he renews. The two main Serie A players I hope we do get this summer are Barella (to replace Kovacic) and Tonali (to backup Jorginho). Also wouldn't mind Suso as a RW option and Romagnoli at CB (hella hard pull). Koulibaly is priced out of our league and age is a factor with him too. This coming summer would be the last giant payday Napoli can get for him, as no one will pay £90m plus for a CB who turns 30 after a year of play (which he will if he was sold in summer 2020.)
-
Missing out on CL repeatedly will cost us hundreds of millions over time cunts
-
OH IT IS ACTUALLY WORSE they also get another 18yo £40m plus Brasil LW next year Rodrygo, who looks a beast too
-
Complete strawman. 1 Ola Aina is a RB by far more often than a LB. 2 The only LB from Serie A we have been linked with (so not counting that last minute Rogerio tosh, that was a complete Juve plant) in last 3, 4 years (other than bloody Alonso and Emerson, neither of which I wanted) was Alex Sandro, who as, is and will be (for at least 2,3 more years) MILES ahead of most LB's on the planet. Only Alaba and maybe Alba and maybe maybe Robertson are better and Alba soon hits 30). Main issue with Alex Sandro is age. He turns 30 in 23 months, meaning you only get a season and a half out of him at sub 30yo play, and fullbacks normally fall off the cliff around 30. All year long I have been pushing 3 LB's Junior Firpo Ben Chilwell Alex Telles in that order (HG for Chilwell may trump Firpo's talent, I cannot answer that) none of those are either Italian or in Serie A As for your Serie A slag off, I completely disagree, as long as it is the RIGHT players. Ridiculous to cut off a whole league because of two shit fullbacks (neither of whom is Italian). Some players adapt from all leagues, some players fail from all leagues. As if Icardi, Dybala, Koulibaly, Milan Skriniar, Cancelo, Pjanic, SMS, Alex Sandro, Romagnoli, Insigne, Mertens, Nainggolan, etc etc etc etc could not play well in the EPL.

FFS, thats only a £3m or £4m difference TOTAL over 4 or 5 years. They had no fucking problem tossing away around £70m on that POS Drinkwater. Insane to blow that out over a bloody massive cut-rate (£19m for a £40 mto £50m player) price. We should have nailed him for only £15.8m this January! There is the bloody £3.2m right there! The board needs to be tossed into the Thames. and now, due to fucking about.... Chelsea and PSG to battle for Sevilla midfielder in the summer https://www.calciomercato.com/en/news/chelsea-and-psg-to-battle-for-sevilla-midfielder-in-the-summer-97705 and I am sure PSG will not be the only ones going after him, especially if he ends up with 25 to 30 goals and 12, 15 assists from a MIDFIELD slot
-
Why would he talk up Vinicius Junior if he also is trying to recruit Eden? They are both LWers, as is Asensio. Bale is the only legit true class RWer (sorry Lucas Vázquez, but you are not remotely WC) they have, and no way Hazard goes and plays at RW every start.
