  1. Fuck! Kante and also Jorginho (knock in training too) may be out. Grrrrrrr. Jinxed
  2. well, shit, he finally looks healthy about a million times faster than Slowlonso and I am NOT sold on Emerson, even though I do dmit he is now also finally healthy we should give him a shot in preseason I never understood why we never gave him a full year on the team to at least see if he could handle the EPL he certainly has the athletic ability ANYTHING TO SHIP MARCOS OUT OUT OUT I am down down down with I am so beaten down by all the bad news that I only want 4 things toss Higuain back to Italy sell Alonso win the EL so we knock Arse out and just do whatever it takes to at least end up 6th next year (assuming the bans are not frozen) keep Sarri, sack Sarri, recalls of loanees, buy Kovacic, dont buy Kovacic, whatever dont care anymore, I am resigned to whatever happens (yes including Eden, it is pointless to force him to stay)
  3. UPDATE: Juve make Pogba swap offer https://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/1132195/Transfer-news-live-updates-Man-Utd-Chelsea-Liverpool-Arsenal-Real-Madrid-Barcelona Juventus are ready to offer Manchester United Paulo Dybala and Alex Sandro in a bid to steal a march on Real Madrid in the race to land Paul Pogba - Express Sport can reveal. The controversial French midfielder is set to quit Old Trafford for a second time this summer after struggling for much of last season. Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane is ready to match United’s £120 million valuation of the World Cup winner but he might need to offload Gareth Bale before he can move. That could open the door for Juventus who despite struggling to find that kind of money do have one major advantage. Manchester United have expressed an interest in signing Argentinean striker Dybala, 25, and Brazilian left wing back Sandro, 28, a long-time target of Chelsea. snip ffs
  4. Umtiti is the one they will sell I think they are mad as ass to sell him unless (and there are deffo rumours on this) his knee is still fucked Juve and Arse both want him bad, Barca want around £70m, but I think they would take £60m. That is a STEAL IF his knee is oki. He is only 25, so still has 5 or 6 prime years left. Lenglet has a bad game almost every time I watch Barca. I thought he would step up more this year, but he is still youngish (turns 24 in 3 weeks) so I guess he can still improve a lot. I can think of 30 plus CB's I would take over him. (a healthy Rudiger included for damn sure). Lenglet still can become great, I am sure Barca see that and will keep him for now. Pique will never again have a year to the level he did this year, I just cannot see him doing it again. He looked exhausted today. 52 games and 4680 minutes will do that to a 32yo, lolol. Father time will soon start to really show his effects, he turns 33 in next midseason, so surely this upcoming season will be his last chance at maintaining a WC level (and he was absolutely WC this year, superb as fuck) for a whole year. I am ruthless when it comes to ageing players. For every CR7 or Buffon there are 100's who drop like a rock once they get over 31, 32 max, and in most cases once they simply hit 30. Look at Marcelo, look at Ramos, look at Modric (he used himself up at the WC, he was horrid for RM this year half the time, I was shocked how off he was, he was always one of my favourite MFers, maybe Inter will rejuvenate him, as Serie A is a slower league). Barca do have a raw 19yo with vast potential, Jean-Clair Todibo, and I can possibly see de Ligt and him becoming a decade long partnership, IF Todibo plays up to his potential. They might offer Ajax Todibo on a free loan for a year or two to grab de Ligt at a wee lower price and J-CT some significant game time with a superb developmental team.
  5. Wesley Sneijder scored one of my all time favourite WC goals, knocked out Brasil in 2010 That WC was also the by far the most cash I ever won in a wager, as I got 40-1 odds on Diego Forlan on a 50 quid bet for the Golden Ball so... BOOM £2000 and baby got a new Fendi bag! (I almost never gamble but my father called me from the Mayfair Ladbrokes and asked me if I wanted to lay a bet on anything, and that one just was a pure hunch as I had just read an article about the players with best hair at the WC, lol, featuring Forlan)
  6. especially after tonight (Valencia lit up their CB's in the Copa del Rey final) I would shocked if he does not end up wearing the Blaugrana
  7. 2 1 final down go Barca they were on track for 6 trophies, will only end up with 2 Valverde is in trouble I assume, who knows
  8. 2 1 Messi now has 51 goals in 50 games at almost 32 years of age
  9. lol, KImmich accounted for 20 goals produced just this one season 2 goals, 18 assists last year 23 goals produced, 6 and 17 and 2 years ago 11, 9 goals and 2 assists (and he played less than half a full seasons minutes) 3 years (really 2 and a half) totals...... 54 goals accounted for 17 goals, 37 assists PLUS Kimmich is the best defensive fullback on the planet Alonso is probably the worst defensive starting fullback at any top 30 club, hell maybe top 50
  10. first half I would agree 3 nil is a bit harsh
  11. Roman's son and Marina, with occasional pip-ups from assorted SIBNEFT mafia underlings
  12. I am pretty sure what is listed now for Falcao is the legit date, but there was all sorts of controversy back in the day
  13. Bayern crushed them 3 nil Kimmich is the best defensive fullback in the world Coman is so dangerous and Lewandowski still looks top of his game I think Bayern is crazy to sack Niko Kovač other than CL, once he got his sea-legs they looked pretty damn good, and they have a lot of new players coming in Valencia is up 2 nil v Barca!
  14. lots of good 32yo's Messi (in 30 days) Luis Suárez Edinson Cavani Gerard Piqué Leonardo Bonucci Dries Mertens Blaise Matuidi José Callejón João Moutinho Rui Patrício Marek Hamsik (in 2 months) Jan Vertonghen Jamie Vardy Dimitri Payet Cesc Fàbregas Arturo Vidal Falcao (technically is 33yo, there is dispute still on his b-day) Olivier Giroud Keylor Navas Kasper Schmeichel Iago Aspas (in 2 months) Mousa Dembélé (in 50 days) Sami Khedira David Luiz (lolol) Medhi Benatia Pedro (turns 32 in 2 months) lolol

  16. re-read and no, lol, Giroud is not 3rd,plus he is 32 until September 1 CR7 2 Godin 3 Luka Modric 4 David Silva 5 Fernandinho 6 Mario Mandzukic 7 Edin Dzeko 8 Giorgio Chiellini 9 Manuel Neuer 10 Sergio Ramos honourable mention 37yo Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who I still wager could bang in 20 goals plus all comps if he was our striker (not joking)
  17. Godin is such a beast, 2nd best 33yo or above (after CR7) player on the planet IMHO. He has the best CB instincts in the game, he reads the match like a conductor reads sheet music. He still has some pace too, which is amazing.
  18. Ibrahima Konaté, (today is his 20th birthday) the Leipzig C, is such a beast, would kill to get him here
  19. German DFB Pokal Final RB Leipzigv Bayern HD Streams http://www.dubs.cc/f/ http://ripple.is/football/10866-rb-leipzig-vs-bayern-muenchen http://www.sportnews.to/events/2019/dfb-pokal-rb-leipzig-vs-bayern-munchen-s1/# https://www.ronaldo7.net/video/bundesliga-live/bundesliga-live-stream.html

  21. Chelsea fans slam club over UEL final fiasco http://www.espn.co.uk/football/chelsea/story/3860602/chelsea-fans-slam-club-over-uel-final-fiasco The Chelsea Supporters' Trust (CST) have criticised the club for failing to help or show solidarity with their supporters ahead of the Europa League final against Arsenal in Baku on Wednesday, and accused official travel partner Thomas Cook of charging an "extortionate" price for flight packages to Azerbaijan. Only around 1,500 of the original 6,000 tickets allocated to Chelsea for the final have been sold to season-ticket holders or members, with another 500 or so purchased by local supporters' clubs and the rest returned to UEFA. Arsenal have only sold around 4,000 tickets to their fans. In a statement released on Friday, CST cited "unprecedented challenges" facing fans hoping to attend the game including the cost and complexity of travel arrangements, criticising UEFA for choosing a "totally unsuitable location" in Baku and adding that Chelsea have said and done nothing to assist their supporters. "We are extremely disappointed that Chelsea FC have been unable or unwilling to help Chelsea supporters overcome the travel, expense and logistics in order for them to support the team in a European final," the statement read. "The lack of a statement from Chelsea FC is also disappointing. "Arsenal FC issued a statementexpressing frustration and disappointment on behalf of their supporters; acknowledging the unsuitability of the venue, the challenges faced by supporters travelling to Baku and the need to ensure more care by UEFA in future venue selection. "While this may not make any difference to UEFA's immediate decision-making, at the very least it sent out a message to their supporters that they were concerned about the difficulties they face and were on their side. "A similar statement from Chelsea would have engendered some much-needed goodwill from the supporters." snip what a shit show, we are going to have as many supporters in a 70,000 seat stadium for major trophy final as Forest Green Rovers have for a mid-January League Two match with Grimsby
