  1. We are not going to get Werner, I am going to just accept that now (and IT SUCKS) Chilwell is not worth £80m and we need to be prepared to pay crazy money for Sancho (130m or more and we need to do that) leaving these as my best possible outcomes by the time summer 2020 ends: CB Varane (work out a swap deal with Real for Kante, and maybe some prospect from RM) Either way Kante needs to be sold and we can then spend elsewhere or buy Skriniar or Caglar Söyüncü (which will also leave money left over) LB Telles (an Alonso sale would cover most or all) LB Gosens (work out a swap deal plus a wee bit of cash if needed for Emerson) so all 3 should result in basically zero net spent on transfer fees IF we play our cards right, starting NOW ffs (at least on one of them) or actually result in money left over leaving (actual spends) DMF Camavinga or Declan Rice or N'didi (£60m to 70m or so, and I am NOT quite sold on the £50m Soumare, but will accept him IF the club thinks he is the best option of those 4, which I disagree with atm but will keep an open mind on for now) CMF Saul (AM said £85m and he is sold, a steal at that price, he is creative, has a cannon shot, is good at pressing, and is a good passer) AMF Gealish (£60m or so, especially if Villa go down) or some other one for less (Isco? Ziyech?) Winger Sancho (£130m) Winger Boga (NOW) £13m << steal CF Dembele (£45-50m or so) he is basically it of the options left IMHO (and I am not saying he is the dogs bollocks, but looks solid enough) 3rd string CF Josh Maja (£10m or so max) That is around a net fee spend of £400m (as I included our two LB's being sold/swapped in there) BUT there is also a massive pile of money from other sales (already done or upcoming) plus Varane coming in allows us to sell one of our 4 CB's given the revenues from sales (hundreds of millions) ALL those buys above can be afforded easily, easily if someone says they cannot be afforded they are just full of shit (especially if we just leave CB alone for now but still sell Kante which then reduces the costs to only around £300m (again after tossing in our 2 LB's) and IF we fail on Sancho as well, and buy a Zaha or some other winger for around 50-70m or so in the summer) the costs are then down to only £210-220m gross (which just the Hazard, Morata, Bakayoko and Bats sales easily cover, and technically IF we get the full £135m for Hazard, it only takes his revenue, Morata's and Bakayoko's but I am being conservative here) we need to get cracking on ALL that can be done this window (as we have dire needs NOW) and sure as hell be ears 'n tails up as summer 2020 approaches IF we get those done (the only 2 huge stretches are the Varane/Kante swappie and then winning the Sancho Derby) we are then a CLEAR number three in the EPL team for years (eventually challenging for the title) and can go deep in the CL IF you remove the Varane/Kante swap and yet STILL say these are impossible, that this is FM bullshit, then you do realise (and I have ALREADY REMOVED WERNER AND CHILWELL from the whole thing) that you basically are saying any and indeed most all of our targets and needs are simply not going to get done (or done to a half-arsed degree), or enough of them will not happen to the point that the club is going to be fucked in terms of significant upgrades. None of those moves (other than Kante swap) have not been discussed or concretely confirmed as the price it takes (roughly, I do admit to putting a price on Grealish, but 60m sounds fair, especially if Villa go down to get it done.) If we do not get hardly anything done this January (which is a very real possibility) we have then had SIX disastrous windows in a row when judged overall (with a few decent exceptions) 2017 summer 2018 January 2018 summer 2019 January 2019 summer (banned) 2020 January the good from there is easy to list, as it is so little Rudiger, Pulisic, Kovacic, Jorginho that is it in fact if you add Kante and Pedro that is it for the past 9 (and possibly 10 if we cock this January up) windows in terms of good buys compare that to the DISASTROUS non timely sales, shit buys, horrid contractual management, moronic sales turn-downs, and botched up non buys and now, to add insult to injury, Kepa is increasing looking like a £142m (£72m fee plus 7 years of near 200K PW salary) nightmare bollocksing SMDH so FM slate me all you want I am not the one with more than half a billion quid in various and sundry assorted styles of potential and/or oh so very real cock ups over the past 5 years
  2. He obviously has VERY specific things he looks at in his player's tasks and when he finds one who does EXACTLY what he wants, he moves for them
  3. Report: Chelsea target Alex Telles could be on the move this month https://www.thechelseachronicle.com/club-news/report-chelsea-target-alex-telles-could-be-on-the-move-this-month/ Chelsea target Alex Telles could be on his way out of FC Porto this month. A Bola has reported that the Portuguese club are keen to avoid losing him on a free when his contract is up in 18 months. They are said to be interested in allowing the Brazilian to move on this month if the price is right. The 27-year-old left-back has a 40 million Euro release clause but could be available for even less if he makes his intentions to leave the club clear. The Blues are in desperate need of a full-back this month. Lampard has made Cesar Azpilicueta his preferred left-back choice, but his reliance on his right side limits the Chelsea threat down the left. Although the Spaniard does a job there, his tendency to shift the ball onto his right slows down attacks constantly. Lampard needs a left-sided left-back to play the system he wants to effectively. Marcos Alonso and Emerson have been deemed surplus to requirements and Chelsea should seriously consider a move for Telles. His release clause is not high considering his ability and he would be a big upgrade at left-back. Not only is he strong defensively, but he also poses a massive threat going forward. SNIP 51 assists (many against pretty decent teams in the CL plus the other big two teams in Portugal) in the last 3.5 seasons DEADLY corner kick taker
  4. he wants La Liga and Ligue 1 because they are #pussyassbitch leagues same as Trump PAB
  5. It came from multiple national Spanish sources with direct quotes from Isco I shall try and dig it up here is one (but not the 2 I am looking for, plus a video showing him talking) https://eldesmarque.com/madrid/real-madrid/noticias/182278-isco-tiene-hasta-casa-mirada-adios-real-madrid-pacto-en-la-sombra-ed
  6. as I have been saying, this is a massive fear of mine also, IF he leaves, Lautaro is 90% going to either Real, Barca, or Shitty Icardi will 99% be signed permanently by PSG Mbappe will never happen for us, we simply cannot afford him even if he came for only £150m (he would cost nearly double that in reality) plus at least £200m to 300m in salary for 5 years) Dybala now is 95% not leaving Juve so that leaves dice rolls overall the only (atm) remotely classy strikers who are not too old (I even list some who are too old) who are remotely available (and some really are not available) Dembele (it really is coming down to him if we miss out on Werner) Gabriel Jesus (IF Shitty signs Lautaro and IF they decide to sell him, which is doubtful as Aguero (32 in 2 weeks) cannot play forever and Pep demands two great strikers) Lewa (too old for long term at all, he is 32 in the summer) Dominic Calvert-Lewin (young (22) HG, good size (1.87m) having a good year (11 goals in only 1700 minutes, 9 are league), I like him, which I know will get ridicule, lol) Ciro Immobile (30 in a month and will not leave Lazio, he is however on pure fiya, a superb striker) Raúl Jiménez (29 in 3 months and I cannot see him coming here, I can so see Manure signing him if they miss out on Werner) Jovic (loan only for me, he looks poor atm) Alfredo Morelos (Rangers) Piatek (bust) Arkadiusz Milik (Poison dwarf though and a huge risk) Andrea Belotti (only 6 of his 15 goals are against decent teams (Wolves, AC Milan, and Roma) the rest are against pure dregs) Gabigol (meh meh meh) then pure youth plays (some with massive potential like Malen and Osimhen) Fedor Chalov Victor Osimhen Donyell Malen Marcus Thuram João Pedro Myron Boadu Josh Maja (good 3rd striker pick) and the super young teens (who will have no effect on our 1st teams for at least 2 to 3 years or so, if then) Sebastiano Esposito (Inter) Fábio Silva (Porto) Marcos Paulo (Fluminense) Eddie Salcedo (on a double loan from Inter) Pietro Pellegri (Monaco)
  7. Those people are trolls and/or gaslighting dis-info merchants.
  8. Kepa Arrizabalaga's Chelsea future: Is he a problem for Frank Lampard? Goalkeeper's statistics suggest he is costing Chelsea goals and experts in the field believe there is a technical flaw in his game https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11668/11913442/kepa-arrizabalagas-chelsea-future-is-he-a-problem-for-frank-lampard great article

  10. I agree with most all, but I do not think it will take 10 years. Fast forward to 2025-26 season (so 5 years and a few months from now) the following are all too old or almost there at that point to be top class players at the level they are now Shitty Laporte 31 (turns 32 right at the very end) Stones 31 (turns 32 right at the very end) Mendy 31 (turns 32 in the summer after) Walker 35 (turns 36 right at the very end) João Cancelo 31 (turns 32 right at the very end) Fernandinho 40 (turns 41 right at the end) Ilkay Gündogan 35 in October 2025 Kevin De Bruyne 34 (35 in the summer after) Raheem Sterling 31 in Dec 2025 Bernardo Silva 31 (32 the summer after) Riyad Mahrez 35 in February 2026 Sergio Agüero 37 (38 beginning of June 2026) Victimpool Virgil van Dijk 34 (35 in summer 2026) Joel Matip 34 (35 in summer 2026) Dejan Lovren 36 (37 in summer 2026) Andrew Robertson 31 (32 in March 2026) Nathaniel Clyne 34 (35 mid season) Fabinho 31 (32 in October 2025) Georginio Wijnaldum 34 (35 in November 2025) Naby Keïta 30 (31 in January 2026) Jordan Henderson 35 (36 right after the season ends) Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain 32 (33 the summer of 2026) James Milner 39 (40 in mid season) Adam Lallana 37 (38 in May 2026) Sadio Mané 33 (34 in April 2026) Takumi Minamino 30 (31 in mid season) Mohamed Salah 33 (34 in June right after the season ends) Xherdan Shaqiri 34 in October 2025 Roberto Firmino 34 in October 2025 Divock Origi 30 (31 in April 2026) that is basically 80+% of the core of both teams that needs to be replaced or is almost at the point of being too old to be top class some (9, 10 is you count Firmino as an SS) of those players are now the best or top 2 or 3 (or at least top 5-6) in the world too Laporte Kevin De Bruyne Raheem Sterling Bernardo Silva Virgil van Dijk Andrew Robertson Fabinho Sadio Mané Mohamed Salah at transfer rate prices between now and summer 2025, those 30 players listed will cost around 1.8 to 2 billion quid (or more) to replace to that level (or both teams will have to get incredible lucky and buy many lesser cost players who turn world class, which is deffo possible but not guaranteed at all)
  11. If we pay £80m for Chillwell and sign him to a 7 year contract at £150K PW, he will cost us £135m overall. Add that to Kepa's full cost of £142m, and that is £277m over 7 years cumulative cost for just TWO players in the 2 lowest priced positions overall: fullback and GK. FFP? Wot
  12. Gosens and Telles (or Gosens and Grimaldo if that helps assuage some Telles non fans) FTW. SELL THE PANTS ALONSO AND EMERSON (first try to swap Emerson for Gosens NOW.) Azpi at LB is a fucking joke. On us.
  13. Arsenal dealt transfer blow as PSG boss ‘needs’ Kurzawa https://www.football365.com/news/arsenal-psg-layvin-kurzawa-transfer-blow Arsenal have been dealt a transfer blow in their pursuit of Paris Saint-Germain left-back Layvin Kurzawa as Thomas Tuchel insists he “needs him” in the squad. Mikel Arteta was hoping to seal the defender’s signature this month for a deal reported at around £6million. Arsenal were initally looking to sign Kurzawa in the summer, when his contract at PSG runs out, but Tuchel has since expressed his desire to keep the left-back as part of his plans. The German boss said: “I haven’t spoken with Layvin or anyone else about his departure this winter. “Layvin is number two behind [Juan] Bernat in the left-back position. “We need him and Layvin will play [Sunday] against Lorient. He has played well recently.” snip
  14. Dejan Kulusevski fucking Juve bought him so he is there in the summer

  16. just wait until the two total renovation jobs are Camp Nou and the Santiago Bernabéu at a billion a pop are done and then Barca and Real have the two best stadiums on the planet (and insanely more revenue due to expansion of huge new groups of lux boxes and overall capacity and shopping) RicH get WAY richer ffs
  17. I am terrified you are right Iggy! I do not want to be a sweaty clone league! sob
  18. by far their best chance to lose in the league that is left other than that there is away at wolves (this Thursday, should be a cracking game) away at arse home v us home v arse maybe away at Everton in the ASBO dipper derby that's it, the rest are dregs the thing is they have a 19 point lead after that game in hand (West Ham) they could lose ALL of the games I listed, every single one and Shitty could win EVERY single league game left (all 15) and the dippers STILL WIN the league (as long as they beat the dregs) roflmaooo it is insane to say that in the middle of January!!!!!
  19. I take back bashing Fred he was magnificent in the 2nd half but the dippers are almost impossible to beat Salah's first ever goal v Manure
