True but to put that down to one player is a tad harsh, we have Enzo who's the premier league's record transfer fee and we are down the bottom half the table, with relagation only just now mathematical impossible.

Also the part about been yelled at by some abusive idiot is actually key to been a good soldier, if your in a warzone and u need to get to point A to secure the rest of the team can get to point B, but point A may get you shot, when the guy shouts get ass there now, you fucking do it, he doesn't stop sit you down and say "excuses me fine fella do you perhaps fancy going over there and maybe getting shot at it doesn't matter if you say no and we all die, at least I didn't shout at you and asked you rather politely" have a word.

This is normal, during my time in the British army, we were a team a unit a family, if one of us fucked up we all payed for it, 20 laps on your own won't teach you nothing, but getting your team mates 20 laps and punished, you can bet your ass words were said and people were put in Their place. We just don't get the players in the box, then wen we do they turn into statues! No movement no draggin defenders away absolutely nothing. We make it so easy for teams to defend ATM, they probably don't waste time in training onit, just practice attack 🤣🤣

This!!! This is our season in a nutshell, to many players far far to many, this is why we don't see individuals improving because with a squad this big you just cannot give any one enough time to coach 1 on 1.

There is to many players in the dressing room and to many getting changed in the hall way, you cant coach 30 to 40 players, you can't build relationships you can't keep everyone happy. There isnt a coach alive that could handle that amount of players and egos under 1 roof. The older players who know they are going will be spreading toxicity around that dressing room for fun. Until that squad is trimmed down and the rot is sold, it doesn't matter who we appoint. Blame the new owners don't blame them, I couldn't care less, but this was needed imo the old flushed out and bring in the youth, granted I didn't think it would happen in one window basically and yes it's cost us a season, but if this works out it wil be 100% worth it in the long haul. I don't believe for one second Amy of our owners are going into the dressing room for pep talks or pre and post match dressing downs, I have no doubt they go in their after that's all taken place but by that point it's irrelevant and has now become a story which no one's actually can prove is true.
