We just don't get the players in the box, then wen we do they turn into statues! No movement no draggin defenders away absolutely nothing. We make it so easy for teams to defend ATM, they probably don't waste time in training onit, just practice attack 🤣🤣

I'm sure he would find it alot easier if there were players in the box not surrounded by 2 to 3 defenders.

This!!! This is our season in a nutshell, to many players far far to many, this is why we don't see individuals improving because with a squad this big you just cannot give any one enough time to coach 1 on 1.

There is to many players in the dressing room and to many getting changed in the hall way, you cant coach 30 to 40 players, you can't build relationships you can't keep everyone happy. There isnt a coach alive that could handle that amount of players and egos under 1 roof. The older players who know they are going will be spreading toxicity around that dressing room for fun. Until that squad is trimmed down and the rot is sold, it doesn't matter who we appoint. Blame the new owners don't blame them, I couldn't care less, but this was needed imo the old flushed out and bring in the youth, granted I didn't think it would happen in one window basically and yes it's cost us a season, but if this works out it wil be 100% worth it in the long haul. I don't believe for one second Amy of our owners are going into the dressing room for pep talks or pre and post match dressing downs, I have no doubt they go in their after that's all taken place but by that point it's irrelevant and has now become a story which no one's actually can prove is true. If video evidence comes out showing tb giving a team talk then I'll hold my hands up, but I firmly believe no video will. I will not judge the owners after the first season or the second for that matter, the idea for the club going forward seem great and the new stadium is also a huge positive. Worrying part for us is although he hasn't scored much, he's been put brightest star in attack.

Absolutely nothing to gain ATM by announcing poch, the players aren't playing for lampard as it is, imagine what it will when they have that confirmation he's going regardless.

A manager is the most important cog in the system, put the wrong cog in or just take it out completely it's impossible to work, imagine going into an interview for a job with no knowledge of the job how to do it or where to start, compared to knowing exactly what the job is how to do it and do it better than any one eles.

To many players to coach, how can any body coach this many players and create relationships and connections on the field, when you cam nearly have to 11v11 games in practice

I think there is alot to be said about been a one club player, yeah he might not have any medals or trophy's, but to Tottenham he's a football god.
