His passing ability has put players through on goal a number of times, same can't be said for the players who apparently are meant to be doing this consistently

He's showed his passing ability, he's also showed he can break attacks down retrieve the ball back really well, one of the reason he looks so poor alot of the time is he stands out alot, 1 because of the huge price tag and secondly he's the one trying to break the play he's the one trying to stop the counter attacks cut balls out make that tackle, but he's one of the only ones trying to do it as well, therefore he makes more mistakes and gives away more fouls. Your comment kinda proves my point in a way of asking him to do everything, people expect him to win the ball back constantly then put in the killer pass away as chip in with goals while running up and down constantly throwing people about lol, the system is the problem with caicedo, the system/formation is the problem with us in general tbh, 4231, should be a defensively solid and very attacking formation, but because we don't have hardly any creativity in our team you see Enzo everywhere he's out wide he's to far forward, I don't blame him for that he's trying to make stuff happen, but in reality he should be sat deep controlling the passes from the midfield and we should habr a creative cam/CF to feed the wide players and the striker. Instead we have Gallagher, who don't get me wrong has heart has been really good player this season for us, but he hasn't been good at what he's supposed to be good at.

I think caicedo is actually a really really good player, problem he has ATM is we relying on him for everything, we are asking him to be the destroyer because a box to box, be a great passer and he's also covering at CB as well if you watch the games closely, he needs help, Connor is to forward thinking, Enzo is to forward thinking, we have 2 fantastic young talents in the middle but they don't complement each other, we have the bricks we just need the mortar to create a wall.

Technically he did, he brought in the experience with Silva and it still didn't work, most games this season we have used a make shift back 4 which doesn't help, James and chilwell we can't rely on, gusto has had some injuries, bads is pure dross, Silva is what 38 39, cuca seems to be getting better tbf, axel isn't the best but atleast he shows heart and can turn up to every game and levi has had a good stint on the bench and played alot at left back as well. A good solid defence is one that plays together over a long period of time, unfortunately we haven't had that luxury all season then throw into the mix Gusto axel levi cuca - never played with each other before Gusto axel Silva cuca - only 2 played with each other before and you can repeat this with every combo we have available, yes the manger has to take some blame of course, but this is a huge factor as well, our midfield should instantly improve when lavia is back purely just to take all the pressure of caicedo, Enzo cam be brilliant but as far as actually helping out caicedo he's crap! Our biggest problem is Palmer believe it or not, he's absolutely playing out of his skin but his pace is lacking so a 433 doesn't suit us but a 2.man midfield with Enzo and caicedo doesn't work either..... I think our best formation ATM with the players we have would be a 352 I'd have caicedo and the young Italian lad in the middle with Enzo as a cam Jackson Palmer up top with gusto and cuca as wing backs

I thought cucca did ok today, I think caicedo gets far too much blame on the midfield, Enzo has been worse in many games I've watched. Jackson kills nearly every attack it's infuriating it watch.
