All depends on how you view things I guess, we Chelsea fans are used to instant success when a manager comes in, so most will struggle to wait 2 years but in artetas defence you could see the improvement and the direction they were heading, secondly I don't think they hired him because he "worked with pep" I think that's most twitter click bait shit personally. And lastly kompany had Burnley playing shit hot in the championship problem is they didn't have the players to do that in the pl, he had his style and he stuck too it, I think how well Burnley played in a league with an equally set of talent players was a big reason in why he also got the job, big teams now seem to be going down the young and up and coming manager route, so the next 5 years in football is going to be dominated by new faces in management I feel.

The only thing we know so far is peps last assistant manager went on to challenge city for the title until the last day of the league, he assisted pep in a treble winning season then went into management and got Leicester promoted, which btw not every manager can do that in his first season even if they have the best team, but @Vesperis right, time will tell.

Not this generation mate, new recruits in the military now get a little red booklet, and if there NCO shouts at them or swears or offends then in anyway they have to write it down in there little red book, so they can sort it out......, pathetic, when I was a recruit I used to get the shit kicked out me daily for just breathing or blinking the wrong way.

I'm in 2 minds ATM about the appointment, if there intention is to wait a few season and build a proper team from youth then I can completely get onboard with this, but just say it, don't act Asif we are going for top 4 and trophies all the time because it's probably out of our reach ATM, but I agree poch signing was strange then to go after a season and give enzo 3 more years on a contact than poch, really makes me feel poch was always a stop gap.

Well, that's not massive problem in Yorkshire, people are alot more down to earth here than say London, I can't visit London anymore the people there piss me off too much I'd just end up been locked up 😂 but yeah the quality of life isn't worth the now ridiculous prices, you can go some where far warmer and nicer, pay the same and have a better quality of life, my family owns a huge housing company in new Zealand, the sorta equivalent to say Barrett homes over here, definitely becoming a more likely option.

Alot of people I know, granted isn't a huge pool, (Tradesmen) they are all singing from the same hymn sheet and seem to think it will end up, a conservative and reform coalition.

But it's working, more are more people are frightened to death of Labour getting in, it used to be the working man was all for labour, not so much anymore.

The problem you have is, people fear what happened when labour were in charge more than anything the Tories have done so far, well from what I've had conversations from anyways, if you were in the building trade you can relate, people lost there businesses, they became broke over night etc, it's not the super rich keeping the cons in power it's the working man, and the working man now fear labour more than the Tories.
