why would you need an owner you can have an agreement between a player/players agent and the buyer clubs representative with some sort of ultimatum. lets say if a club doesnt have an owner and everything sorted out until june 15th then deal is off. just an example... its not like our whole club changed and we are starting from 0. if thats the case is a bit amateurish. but even then you have scouts who should already have a list of players who we should buy...
