I was thinking the same thing. Every time I watch him play he impresses me, he is a little more direct than B Silva and seems to be a bit greater of a goal threat. Comes deep to pick the ball up and is very fast. Would suit that Right attacking spot very nicely for us and would be comfortable interchanging with Hazard. I want ALL the Monaco players haha Mendy and Lemar(or Silva) in the summer and I would be over the moon happy.

My dream team for next year: Courtois Azpi Luiz Christensen Moses Kante Radja Mendy/Alonso Sanchez/Bernardeschi Hazard Belotti In order of want: Belotti(Diego cash), Mendy(35-40m), Sanchez/Bernardeschi(Oscar cash), Radja(35m) I think all could be bought and we certainly have the money pending a big sale of Diego + Oscar cash. To me, that is a team who can SERIOUSLY make noise in Europe with Conte at manager. The physicality/skill mix is terrifying in my eyes.

I've been very open with my want for this player, however I am a little concerned about dealing with Torino. They have cash from recent sales and Belotti doesnt seem like the type to cause a fuss so he can move. Unless hazard puts up Diego level noise and annoyance he wont be going anywhere. We don't need the money, he will get a bumper contract(300K). His family is settled and he is playing for a coach who values his creativity and gives him freedom, he is our #1 and appreciated. It would take huge pressure from the player to leave and I don't think he is that kind of person.

What a perfect win now move. We always talk about age and cost etc and I agree, if possible you buy the 24 year old who could be a superstar but sometimes when a player in his prime comes along you just have to snap him up. I pray we keep hazard because adding Sanchez with Eden Hazard is truly a terrifying prospect, doesnt even matter who the striker is be it Costa/Lukaku/Morata/Belotti all would add something different but having 2/3 who would compliment each other perfectly is a pretty damn good start. That is a good question and one I think we should be willing to try and answer. Southgate selected him for England based of absolutely no merit from this season, so others still see his potential. This however feels like it would be a board signing if it were to happen at all and not a Conte signing which worries me.

If we do switch to a 352 Conte could be trying to mold him into a Secondary Striker for the future. Big, athletic, good on the ball, fast. Was experimenting with it before the switch to 3 at the back this year. He looked good against Stoke and great yesterday. A loan to a mid table side who would play him in an attacking role week in/week out is best for everyone involved. Could very well be in the team next year also. Happy to see some positive games coming out of him lately

He prefers him in certain styles of matches 100%. But say theoretically we sign Bakayoko who is the same player as Matic. Would Matic want to stay? Chalobah feels to me like the new Mikel, Will always be around and a squad player. Fabregas has more than earned my respect for his professionalism and play this year, plus he offers something Matic/Bakayoko/Kante dont. I would love to keep Matic but Conte seems to want a new CM option and Matic might be the odd man out.
