His a regista like Joriginho but with a better engine, he does not need to move as much. Plus he has all passes in his locker. This is the perfect month to blood him in with the Carabao Cup and FA Cup fixtures coming up soon.
-
I have a feeling we will announce Paredes tonight or tomorrow morning. Barella might be later in the month.
-
I would argue he had a better season than Matic in Conte's EPL title season. He came up clutch a lot of times. Remember Man City away? when we won 3-1 with him in the middle?
-
Yeah this is good news. Paredes or Barella wont even be on half his wages. Same reason I was low key happy Courtios left in the end. Kepa is on lower terms than what we were starting to offer Courtios (200k I believe) and Kepa is younger with much up side.

Great player for us, always gave it his all. Wish him the best at Monaco

The common factor in those 2 premier league wins is actually Willian not staring. IN Conte's Chelsea Psdre started majority of the games. In the Mourinho title it was Schurrle who was starting most games.
-
2 assists in 20 games is good enough?. Less goals than Marcos Alonso in 2 years is good enough?? Finishing outside of the top 4 twice in 3 years is good enough? By the way ever since Willian became a regular we have pretty much regressed as a club. All our success in the past has come from our wingers being able to score lots of goals. Even when we won the Europa league in 2013 every single one of our attacker had 10 plus goals (even Victor Moses) Willian is overrated because of his passport. If he was English or African he would be nowhere near Chelsea.
-
I swear Willian has some ghost accounts on twitter like KD. Dude has some pashun fans staning for him so hard on twitter.
-
I just dont understand why the board and Chelsea players highly rate him. He is not good enough
-
I feel like he has a lot of upside so just that alone should be the reason we get him.
-
Highly doubt he will reject us. I have a feeling its a smoke screen and we will end up with him come end of January.
-
It was just too good to be true.
-
Feels like silly season to be fair. I would even take a direct swap with no cash. Malcom will be on lower wages and is younger.
-
If this is true take it and run.
-
The one time he got personally involved he fucked us for 5 years LMAO. Apparently we had been scouting Aguero but Roman stopped that and instead had us go for Torres
-
Its easier to just put a hard line over it otherwise agents will always look to manipulate it. If an existing player is good enough at 28 then offer him a 5 year contract to protect him for 3 years into his 30s then from there on 1 year deals. Thats what the board has been doing
-
Nope, we want Kimmich.
-
Up until Sarri took over our injury record had been pretty good, we never had a injury crisis like the one we had during Christmas.
-
No they won't Chelsea taps up players all the time. Rather than doing this we should bid for Bayern's best players too, like what PSG did to Barca after they turned Verratti's head. Show them that we are not to be bullied around.

People often criticize the board but fail to praise the excellent work they are doing on the business side of things. Look at Arsenal right now they can barely make a signing and have a high wage bill with aging players on big contracts who will be hard to move. For all the criticisms of the board for introducing the 1 year contract for over 30 year olds I am happy they did. You don't want to be stuck with an aging player on a big contract that is hard to shift. I can see why Marina has said no to some of the older players we have targeted. Imagine if we had given Giroud a 5 year contract when we signed him. Its only a year in and we all know his not good enough for us. Now imagine if we spend the fees Higuain commands and he becomes a flop. No team will even take him. At least taking a punt on a younger player like Morata works because there is always resale value even at a loss. Look at how many teams are interested in Morata at the moment even after he has been terrible for over a year.
-
We need to send him back to a team like Dortmund that creates a lot of chances so that he can bring his stock back up. Once that is done sell him in the summer. His not good enough for us. I don't want us to end up in Arsenal's current situation with high wage earners who are unmovable.
-
It was a figure of speech. I know he turned 18 in November. But my point still stands he was 17 no way does he expect to be a starter at that age. Sarri should still have done a better job of playing him.
-
Yeah Alonso is actually a good lad its a shame he doesnt have pace, thats what pretty much limits him. He has the heart and the attitude and I feel like thats why a lot of fans have not really turned on him in the same way they have on Willian

FIFA is looking into clipping the wings of agents, after Raiola made 40 million off the Pogba transfer. The prick was representing all 3 parties apparently.
